溝通要陽面的房間，結果給了陰面的，房間冷，開空調噪音很大，影響休息，衹能關閉空調。早餐不要要求過高，衹能算是能吃飽。帶個院子，可以吃飯，這點不錯，但是院內停車困難，沒有車位，衹能花錢停在外面。酒店離邛海較近，也很方便。本來定了三個晚上，結果就住一天換酒店了。

酒店有接送站服務，這在西昌酒店中不多見，很好。酒店車壞了，派了員工自己的車來接，開車很穩。酒店工作人員包括保安大叔都很熱情，一到就免費升了豪華大床房，房間寬闊，暖氣充足，熱得快，一晚上開弱風也不冷。水壓強，熱水充足，唯一不足的是選擇出水方式的按鈕老是掉，每次都得調。很安靜，不在主路，睡得好。離邛海較遠，走路得有20分鐘到夢裡水鄉。房間乾淨，洗漱用品齊全，有吹風，房間燈多，明亮。窗户大，透氣好。電視大，節目都是高清的，跟在家裡一樣。安全性高，走廊有鋪地毯，不會有噪聲。早餐選擇性多，想吃麪或粉就跟嬢嬢説，態度都很好，都説普通話。一看就是專門培訓過的。

西餐2日遊完美結束，酒店餐廳的菜品精緻美味，服務熱情周到，令人滿意。房間設施齊全，床品舒適，晚上很安靜，居住體驗一流，值得推薦給他人。重點是是酒店有高鐵接送服務，帶着長者小孩就不用到找打車的地方了。

首先感謝酒店免費升級，房間很大，乾濕分區，衞生好，離邛海很近，晚上都可去散步，早餐不錯，挺滿意住宿，酒店還有特色銅火鍋，離開那天品嚐啦！

看到這個酒店評價分還可以，又號稱精品酒店，就選擇了這家酒店住三晚，第一晚是兩百多的房價，第二晚和第三晚都是四百多的房價。第一天到前台，就跟前台説訂了三晚，希望給兩個乾淨的房間，結果拿到的房間凳子、櫃子、牆上、衞生間到處是污漬，浴室連地墊都沒有。要求還房間前台態度很生硬，老闆和一個主管態度也很堅決，説沒有房間。第一，這樣的房間賣四百多一晚，是不是太黑心?第二、如果沒有跟價格匹配的房價，那就不要掛在網上賣，誠信何在?再次問一下攜程，這個酒店4.8分的評分怎麼來的?

一次不錯的體驗，印象特別好，酒店在邛海濕地公園旁，去濕地公園非常方便。房間乾淨衞生，設定齊全好用。酒店服務好，來去有車接送。下次到西昌一定再來
