設施：有洗衣房，還有烘乾機和熨燙機！很方便
環境：酒店房間衞生很乾凈。
服務：前台小姐姐服務也很熱情。看到我們有小朋友主動給我們拿了小童拖鞋。看到我們行李多，還幫我們拿到房間門口。讓人很暖心！
來之前一直在網上挑選酒店，最後選擇了這家！沒選錯！入住體驗感賊棒。

位置非常不錯，離萬達商圈就隔一條馬路，熱鬧繁華，吃飯採購都極其方便。前台小哥服務很貼心，機器人給房間送東西很便捷，小朋友表示很喜歡哈。還有幸參加了涼山彝族自治州的火把節，又唱又跳玩嗨了酒店室外休息區環境很舒適😘😘

環境很不錯，衞生也很乾凈，每天都打掃，服務人員很熱情，機器人上門送小朋友拖鞋，由於帶了小朋友，選了很久酒店，這次的體驗很滿意，下次再來還會選擇星程酒店，推薦大家入住。

就在西昌的市中心，吃住都很方便。房間設施很好，最讚的是洗衣房，洗衣機和烘乾機都是lg的，洗衣烘乾超快。這次去正好碰上火把節，太爽了。
