Fantastic hotel with polite, attentive staff. The view from the room is really nice and the hotel has a nice tranquil feel to it. Outside the hotel there's a few restaurants, bubble tea shops and a convenience store.
The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and big bath. The mini fridge was restocked daily with sparkling water, Costa coffee and beer.
The breakfast was very tasty and although it was a set menu, there's plenty of choice and the menu was rotated between two options so you didn't end up with the same breakfast daily.
There's clothes washing facilities on site with complimentary detergent and softener, which is great for us (we like to travel light).
Overall a 5/5. If I had to be picky, my only issue is that I never did work out how to open the voice controlled curtains.

The environment is quiet in a bustling city, the transportation is very convenient, the overall architecture of the hotel is antique, the internal facilities and toiletries are very tasteful, the housekeeper service is warm and thoughtful, recommended.

It was an experience beyond my expectations. The staff were very welcoming and the facilities were first-class. The hotel is located in Tang Garden, with superb views and convenient transportation. Although the breakfast was a set meal, it had a rich variety. My children loved it and I will choose this hotel again when I come to Xichang.
