白天房間空調不會用，入住前沒有提前通知客人，導致客人感冒，發票退房當天也沒開，第二天在督促下 開的發票，入住體驗感 很差。客人感冒 衹説不好意思 看不出來有任何誠意。

房卡丟了，問問有好心人送來不，前台竟然説夏邑人素質低，撿到扔垃圾桶，也不會給送回來！服氣了，以後不會再住了！

早餐凳子出現一堆這説是貓拉的沒有老鼠要貓幹啥想想吃的早餐可能被老鼠爬過再也沒胃口了！這兩年一直住的酒店因為早餐再也不會來了噁心死了

設施：酒店的位置倒是很不錯，就是設施相對來説會老一些。
衞生：衞生還説得過去吧。
環境：周邊環境在路邊比較方便，挨着友大超市路邊打車也比較方便。
服務：服務還是挺不錯的，非常不錯。早餐稍微一般了一點
