Hotel facilities are okay, between chain hotels and high-end hotels

維也納是三沙鎮上唯一一家連鎖酒店啦，位置非常好，可以看到對面的大海，周邊吃飯的地方也很多，前台的工作人非常好，沒有選擇民宿選的連鎖酒店，有保障，還有洗衣液，非常細緻，酒店旁邊的轉角小吃店非常好吃，15元的海鮮麪，太便宜了，可惜天氣不好，沒看到日出，帶着小朋友在小浩灘塗撿貝殼也很開心

臨時決定住在三沙預訂的時候沒注意看房間大小，到店後前台給升級了大點的，一家三口住舒服點不過進去也沒感覺大啊，也就一般雙床房。床鋪得吐槽一下1.2米寬的2個人睡🈶點擠不注意可能會掉下來家裡都是1.8米的。房間設施齊全，一進去就🈶智能小管家自動開啟空調電視窗簾燈光。馬桶圈有加熱功能，就是自動沖水功能🉐吐槽一下，沒人在衞生間老自動沖水搞得晚上睡不着，關了也不行衹能拔了電源，隔音不好房間能清楚聽到走廊聲音。需要添加洗漱用品聯繫前台後有機器人送上門聲音好聽可愛。地下停車位較少有點不方便。衞生間淋浴房設定不好開門位置太窄了都要頂到洗漱台了，衞生間沒有地方掛隨手洗的內衣毛巾，雖然酒店有洗衣房，就幾件內衣懶得來回折騰毛巾也沒地方掛。酒店不提供早餐我們自己在外面吃當地特色挺好的。

酒店在當地應該算還不錯的了，海景房離海還挺遠的，最不滿意的是床腳有滑動輪，坐在床上不能動，哪怕是靠在床頭，底下的床都能滑出去。床上用品也不行，枕頭裡的填充物沙沙作響。酒店房間隔音也不好，半夜小孩在走廊拍門喊叫，一夜都沒睡好。

過年帶父母出來玩，正好在酒店過的除夕，酒店就在三沙鎮上，周圍非常熱鬧，出門就有好多餐廳，早上出門步行三分鐘就有當地的特別早點鋪。
酒店工作人員非常的熱情，大年初一當天，工作人員看到我們都會熱情的説過年好。當中有一個插曲，初一晚上也許是吃壞肚子了，家裡老年人嚴重腹瀉，但是因為是初一晚上，周邊的葯方都沒有開門，當去前台詢問後，工作人員都非常積極的幫忙解決問題，最後一個戴眼鏡的小哥哥，帶我走了一條小路（如果不是他帶路，到了那裡我也不信是能通醫院的小路），在醫院順利的配到了葯（上海的電子醫保卡居然也能用）。
不過酒店非要説有什麼缺點，就是過年期間入住率高，停車位顯得有些不足了，哪怕是這一點，工作人員也會想辦法幫忙解決的。

房間乾淨整潔，智能語音 小度小度控制。
房型蠻好，都各有優勢，一排窗面海可以觀景，一排麪小區的安靜。
附近除了有海鮮，還有喜姐炸串新疆羊肉串沙縣小吃葱燒餅福鼎肉片。
有地下停車位，前台登記後出入方便
前台非常nice，熱心體貼。

訂了兩個無早的房間，前台小哥送我們每個房間兩份早餐，房間有小度語音，非常智能，窗台可以看到樓下放煙火，遠處就是大海，非常nice。早上看完花竹日出，回來正好吃上酒店早餐，行程完美。

酒店是附近花竹村最好的酒店，看日出開車十分鐘，很方便。樓下吃的很多。前台經理升級了海景房，不過靠近電梯，噪音不小。遺落了東西，前台主動打電話，並且郵寄了給我，服務很贊，非常感謝酒店的拾金不昧

酒店在鎮中心，玩沙灘的話需要開車出去；地理位置很好，周圍吃飯方便，可以不訂含早房，在外面吃更能體驗當地特色，麪線糊，糯米飯，草腹果等；房間比較大，設施也不錯，大概是海邊的原因，布草稍有點潮
