滿意。參加數千人大型户外活動，平民小鎮125一晚訂到活動起終點天騰廣場附近的旅館房間，感覺良好。是普通民房，我的房間在4樓，沒電梯對我不是問題，四方形小天井樓梯，這星期在霞浦住的三間旅館/民宿都這個款，地方色彩？房間對幼兒園，光亮，床、熱水衞生都叫我滿意。附近很多吃的，有超市，方便。

酒店就在三沙鎮中心，去那個景區都方便，小老闆對景區安排非常熟悉，給你安排的周到合理，讓你玩的非常開心，小老闆娘熱情又細心讓你有一種家裡的感覺。非常贊！

五一了，還是慎重出行，人山人海。吃不好住不好。
到處都是特別誇張的景象。
好不容易找了個酒店住下，真的是好多年沒有這樣的體驗了。回到了二十年後住的旅店那種感覺。説實話三沙這裏也沒有什麼特殊的值得玩的地方，但是酒店搞的這麼高價格的確不合理。維也納酒店賣1500，我們小家庭出遊三個房間一晚上就要去4500了，衹能選擇這樣的酒店，幾百塊錢，滿足睡一晚上。但是實在太差了。無法想象。
房子有6層，一樓是從二樓開始算的。
有長者小孩一定提前打電話留住樓下的房子。不然樓梯太高了。
老闆是很熱情的。
設施：實在太老舊了。
衞生：能用
