老闆人特別特別特別好，還沒上島就提前幫忙坐攻略，還幫忙聯繫船票、車票、拼車，有什麼問題他都非常耐心告訴講解給我們，在島上條件是沒有陸地上好，但是房間裏面特別乾淨，整潔

房間是海景房，乾濕分離，老闆娘很熱情耐心，提前打電話告知民宿具體位置 出行也幫着做計劃。重點是免費早餐很豐富呀！衞生乾淨，老闆人很好。下次還來。

老闆娘人好又漂亮，就是睡懶覺，早上起來找不到她，不過一個電話兩分鐘就趕來了。

東壁的民房我估計90%全改造成了民宿，質量參差不齊，價格也高低不一，這家勝在價格實惠，還提供早餐，房東熱情，整體過得去。總共訂了三個標間，兩間設施可以，一間在另一幢裏，設施差了點，房間櫃子裏物品還有房東的私人物品。不是很規範！

店址換了新地方，導航最好根據門牌號。有停車場就是要走一小段路，房間空調超級給力，熱水等一應俱全。更值得稱讚的是自助早餐，品種豐富，老闆娘態度也非常好，下次來還會住這裏，夏天來會更好玩。

第一次來霞浦，選擇入住蝸牛之家，店主是當地美女。事實證明我們的選擇是多麼的正確，這些年，走了N多地方，每到一地，我們大多自帶爐具，就想想多呆幾日，嚐嚐當地菜。蝸牛之家，有個大廚房，廚具什麼一應俱全，自己買菜做飯太方便了，買菜可以去三沙鎮上買，坐公交，四五公里，就十分鐘左右，2元車費，市場青菜海鮮巨多，特別是海鮮超新鮮又不貴。
大家根本無須住東壁村，房價比這高個二三百元，真沒必要，蝸牛之家到東壁村，也就一公里左右，散散步就到了。如坐公交，不到5分鐘就到了，方便。
民宿樓頂有個大平台，可以泡茶，可以看海景，居高臨下，遠眺大海，沙灘漁船，海天一色，太美了。

很不錯 整體很乾凈 房東姐姐人很好 把能看到海的房間留給我們 床很寬敞 睡起來很舒服 還準備了一次性馬桶墊 她真的我哭死 兩百塊的平替版海景房真的很香！！聽説房東姐姐的第二套民宿要開業了 大家快沖！
