I went to the hotel to check in at 17:00, and found that the last room reserved for us hadn’t been cleaned, so I went to the front desk to change to a room with a double bed. The room type was similar, but there was an extra bed. , I don't feel very smooth. The type of breakfast in the hotel is okay, but it's not upscale, and it's all cheap.

After seeing a child, not only offered to help upgrade the room, but also checked in quickly, and even gave flowers when they left. Although the gift is not expensive, the child is really happy! I took a taxi with two suitcases, and the staff stayed with me in the cold and rainy weather until I sent the suitcases to the car and helped close the door. I was touched. The room is healthy and big enough, and there is plenty of space in the bathroom and shower room. The breakfast is very rich, including fruits, various types of nutritious porridge and vegetables, and there is a robot in the lobby on the first floor to note the room number to deliver the food. The staff gave patient guidance and help. The self-service laundry room is extremely efficient, equipped with laundry beads, disinfectant, and softener. Self-service water and laundry bags, very convenient. There are no fancy equipment in the gym, but they are all high-end brands. Disinfectant paper towels and towels are in place, which is very good!

維也納國際酒店是我外出旅遊首選的酒店，這家酒店無論設施和衞生都很好，地理環境也不錯，離海鮮一條街很近可以步行過去，前台和保安等服務都是微笑服務，早餐品種繁多，下次到霞浦再住這裏
