The front desk service was super good, and they helped to upgrade the room type for free. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed and pillow were very comfortable to sleep on, and it was very quiet at night. There were plenty of water and drinks. When I checked out, I was worried that there would not be enough water, so they gave me an extra bottle of water to take away, which was very thoughtful.

The room facilities are complete and the hygiene is very good. It is located in the city center, which makes it very convenient to go out for food and drinks. The service attitude is good. Needless to say, Atour's sanitary environment and accommodation experience are definitely my first choice when traveling around the country! I am particularly satisfied with this Atour, because I checked in late, but the front desk staff were very patient and considerate! Friends with limited mobility also took the initiative to look for medicine and asked if they needed help! Then there were welcome gifts and some local snacks in the room! It was really a great experience 👍, and thank the front desk staff
