非常不滿意的體驗，入住了兩天，每天晚上都停電。
11號晚上停電2次，12號晚上停電1次，而且第二天停了很久，我睡著了才來電。電壓不穩，冬天和夏天入住真的要避雷，可能這是私房改的民宿，所以老跳閘，無語的是老闆啥也不解釋，衹能在冰冷的房間乾等來電。
這家酒店熱水很慢，雖然房間是電熱水器，但洗澡洗頭不夠用，很快熱水用沒了，燒水很慢很慢，很無語。
布草，毛巾看着還行，但床單被套有污漬，還很皺，我都有一種不是逢客必換的錯覺，床也非常硬，體驗是真的不好。
春節漲價可以接受，但服務完全跟不上，照片美化的太重了，這家民宿實際空間觀感和體驗與照片大不相同，從前台，房間，到公共走廊區域，衞生光線都很差，波輪洗衣機在樓梯口，衞生堪憂不敢用，房間沒有什麼隔音，住這裏，給我這次整個霞浦旅行拉低分了……

都挺好的，就是隔音不行…太吵了大晚上到早上小孩子的奔跑打鬧的聲音還有洗衣機的聲音

客棧環境挺好，帶家人出門本來訂的普通大床，到了客棧老闆直接升級了一個帶茶室的房間，真良心

民宿位於霞浦市區，去太康路這些地方都很方便。有電梯，客房在三樓，有洗漱池等配套設施，適合帶小朋友長住。6008大床房非常安靜。老闆娘很nice。早上離店老闆娘的爸還聊了一會，他説他四個女兒生了五個孫女，我説作為胡建人你是不是很遺憾，他説就閩南人特別在意這個😂

非常滿意，老闆非常熱情還為我們升級了房間，窗外就可以看到河，房間設施齊全好用，被褥乾爽，還可以洗衣服，甩幹，整個民宿環境很好，地理位置也不錯。附近的早餐點都很好吃。有機會再到霞浦還會住這家。

房間寬敞舒適，面積很大，環境乾淨衞生，很安靜，設施齊全，老闆一家都好親切，服務周到，我們一家三口住着非常舒服，靠近泰康路，附近都有吃的，非常方便！下次有機會再來！

新開業的民宿各方面都很不錯，服務也很到位，房間很大很舒服，附近就有公交站，旁邊街道也有餐飲店，總體來説體驗感還是很不錯的。第二次來了老闆還給我們免費升級了親子房👍🏻
