全國省會城市的全季基本上都住過了 來到孝義發現也有 毫不猶豫就預訂了 因為是小城市 還是對服務品質有點擔心的 但住後發現我的擔心純粹是多餘 服務員反應快 效率高 邏輯清晰 房間舒適 有幸見過季總一次 如有下次相遇 一定要好好提及孝義全季的服務

我是從鵬飛酒店搬到這裏的，鵬飛酒店多要一瓶礦泉水還要收費5元，天吶，都什麼年代了玩不起嗎？看看人家全季又便宜又實惠，要兩桶礦泉水給送了4桶，要一個火機給送兩個，還給送了個果盤。真是太將就了。必須好評，走哪其實住全季酒店都很放心安心。

我習慣性每次給好評，覺得不好哪怕不評價也不會輕易給差評，怎麼説呢這次真次噁心到了
我在攜程訂是12點整退房，剛進去辦入住，前台就直接給我推銷 40多塊錢的套餐説可以續住到兩點鐘，我拒絕了。所以退房當天11點44就給我打電話説我把房間給你退了吧，我12點整去退房，打掃阿姨12點整在門口敲門有點趕人的意思了吧，之前去都很好，不知道全季是整什麼幺蛾子這次

必須給極端差評！我是經常定這個酒店招待客户，昨天也是兩間招待，在辦理入住時前台服務員要求客人説“您必須掃描這個二維碼加入會員才能入住”，客户不願意，明確拒絕，服務員三番兩次要求加入。我在旁邊，一方面表揚了服務員會做業務，一方面也説攜程預訂的，不用加會員。這個時候，服務員要求看下訂單，説顯示定的一份早餐，當場要求我出具攜程訂單，很尷尬。攜程上明確兩間房兩份早餐，對於服務員這種不懷好意的要求，建議酒店嚴查，損壞酒店形象，影響入住體驗。品德問題比形象，比職業技能更重要。（以上酒店可以查監控證實）
對了，還要求客户留電話，還要求我留下電話，實在因為客户在，沒辦法拒絕。給了，如果敢給客户或我打電話騷擾，投訴到底！
