So suprise that the hotel owner and staff speak english well. They helped me to book bus to Siguniang, even I think that’s quite complicate with foreigner who can’t read like me but it’s so cute and helpful from them. Even I changed the plan because bad weather, just stay one night and back to Chengdu the day after but really happy with this hotel

I love this hotel. Owner which I saw on the last day who help drop me at the bus station. Before I went, I continuously communicated with him and get quite a quick response and support especially booking 9 seat van from Chengdu (which need Chinese local phone number.) And when I reached the hotel, all staff member especially front desk lady give an English brief about the hotel, serve the food, manage with other staff to bring the luggage to the second floor, etc. She also booked the 9 seat van for the day back to Chengdu. I can notice that all staffs (some can also speak English) includes work really deligently with professionalism which make themselves differ from other small hotel. As for the room, it is absolutely well design with heat floor, great space, and good bathroom. All amenities are sufficient. Water and gooseberry soft drink (taste very good) are served each day. Only thing that I miss as a single traveller is hot pot due to too big of the portion : (

Love this place. They have heated floors which was great during winter. Our room came with no breakfast but they have a cafe downstairs which serves good coffee. Ate dinner for 2 nights here too. Local hotpot yak meat or chicken soup which we tried on different days. This place is walking distance to Changping trails. 500m walk. Mini convenience store just next door.

The hotel is clean, full of amenities, warm and friendly staff who are incredibly helpful. The hotel helped arrange for bus back to Chengdu and taxi to Shuangqiao gou. Location is excellent, walkable to Chang Ping gou entrance. The restaurant is incredible, i had their yak yogurt everyday.

The hotel staff were very helpful from the first minute until the end. Even though the restaurant was busy when we arrived they still took the time to carry our heavy bags. We are very impressed with the help we got by the friendly staff when two members of our group were experiencing altitude sickness .They assisted us with using oxygen and assured us everything would be ok. Every staff member was friendly and were always smiling .
