The location of the hotel is rather secluded. There is construction going on beside the hotel therefore, a lot of dust and the smell is really bad. Room hygeine is under standard. Spider web found behind the toilet door, few strands of hair found on the bedding, and there are stains on the pillow case. What's worse is that the room does not come with an air conditioner and hence, very stuffy inside the room. Thought we could open the window for ventilation but the window is facing the corridor area therefore, impossible to keep it open due to privacy and safety concern. The host refused to change the room for us at first, but we were later offered an upgrade to a bigger room which solved the ventilation issue as the window is facing the street.

Very satisfying experience! The indoor heating is sufficient, which is a lifesaver for people who are afraid of cold. The location is also ideal - it has its own parking lot. I would recommend it to friends who value convenience and comfort!

Clean! Safe! Very satisfied. Many other B&Bs are on the side of the mountain and under the cliff, which made me feel scared. So I booked this one, mainly because it was newly opened, and I was not disappointed!
