Exceptional Service at High Altitude – Truly Grateful! As travelers from a coastal city, we underestimated the effects of altitude sickness during our first visit to Siguniang Mountain. On our first night, we experienced headaches and realized our standard room didn’t include oxygen support. We hesitantly asked the front desk for help. The staff patiently listened to our concerns and, without hesitation, upgraded us to an oxygen-equipped room at no extra cost. Their service provided truly ease our discomfort. Though altitude sickness was tough, the hotel’s genuine care and flexibility made all the difference. A special thanks to the lady at reception (sorry we didn’t get her name!), we’d happily stay here again the next time we visit here!

I stayed 1 night and choose floor heating room. The room is clean & spacious. Bathroom is clean and has smart toilet, for my daughter who cant be use squat toilet. This is good. It has TV and wifi. The staff was very friendly, i ask mi fan and coffee. Also ask oxygen, she gave me free🙏🏻😄 xie xie ni. If you want to go to shuangqiaoguo scenic spot it is 8km from the hotel you can ask local taxi it only 45rmb for 3 ppl. You can get breakfast and dinner here. If you cant eat spicy food. You can ask like yang chow fried rice or soup. Nice place for stay. Only the staff cannot speak english, so it is a little difficult for international tourist like us. But you can communicate with google translate.

The hotel is located on the hill where you can enjoy the mountain view and only 15 minute walk to city center. One thing, i want to highlight is their service. The staff is very attentive and supportive to the request. Highly recommend
