⛰️ A Mother's Review: A Truly Memorable Family Getaway
As a mother who travels with her children often, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
What impressed me most was the staff's genuine care and attentiveness to my family's every need. This was especially true when my five-year-old twin sons became ill with altitude sickness. The hotel staff immediately stepped in to help and looked after them so well, which as a mother, made me feel incredibly relieved and at ease.
For our stay, we chose the Family Suite, which was the perfect choice. The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. With two separate beds, everyone got a good night's sleep!
The food here was another highlight that my whole family loved. We especially enjoyed the roasted pork ribs that were so tender they melted in your mouth. There was also a special dish, a kind of sweet sticky rice pastry, which was a unique and delicious dessert. Finishing the meal with some refreshing chilled watermelon was the perfect touch.
Even though it rained throughout our trip and we missed the chance to see the beautiful mountain views, our stay was still so worthwhile. The hotel's location is ideal, whether you're using it as a base before heading into the national park or as a place to relax after a long day of exploring.
All in all, I highly recommend this hotel for any family looking for a place with a great atmosphere, outstanding service, and a truly family-friendly environment. It was a getaway my family will cherish forever.

Amazing hotel with stunning food and services. Staff are way too kind to upgrade our room and give us welcome drinks😛 The mountain view is absolutely spectacular while the entire design of the hotel and our room are both comfy and a visual feast. The dinner served is way above standard and carefully well-plated.💜 This hotel is the most impressive one throughout my trip to Chengdu. I think to a certain extent, it outreaches other five star hotels I have booked throughout this trip e.g. Grand Hyatt and Hilton (though their overall experience are beyond top notch)

Our stay here was absolutely worth every penny. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warmth and attentiveness of the entire team. The service truly went above and beyond — every staff member was incredibly friendly, offering great advice on where to visit around Chengdu, and even thoughtfully prepared an oxygen bottle for our trip to the national park.
A special highlight was the hotel’s manager personally offering us a car ride to the national park — such an unexpected and generous gesture that made our journey even more comfortable and memorable.
On our first night, we enjoyed a delicious hotpot at the hotel, and on the second night, we tried other Chinese dishes — every meal was authentic and absolutely delicious.
Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a stunning view, making it a perfect place to relax after a full day of exploring.
This was without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We left with full hearts and amazing memories. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Chengdu — we would love to come back again!

Even the weather of the day that I visited was so cloudy that makes I could not see the mountain view, but the staff were so nice and helpful. The room is very clean, and the beds are so comfortable.

This was the best hotel of our China trip! Every corner of the hotel is beautifully designed, and the room was spotless with all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind. When my father experienced a bit of dizziness due to the high altitude, the staff quickly brought him an oxygen machine along with a special tea to help ease the symptoms — such thoughtful care!
Dinner at the hotel was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff looked after us throughout the entire meal, and everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was unique and delightful, and the morning latte they served was absolutely perfect .
If I ever return to this city, I will definitely stay here again. “This hotel should absolutely be on everyone’s travel list!”

service is amazing, very kind helpers. however the room did not have enough windows so its gets stuffy at night which is not nice during the summer. rooms is spacious and the view is great.

This is the best place we have stayed in Chengdu. The whole B&B has a very relaxing atmosphere and the best view of Mt Siguniang. As I really wanted a room with Siguniang view, the boss was very kind to upgrade our room for free with an excellent view. All the rooms are very big and clean and equipped with smart features. It is also near Changping valley and the host could send us to and fro when we went hiking. The hotpot dinner and breakfast provided were very delicious. We love this place and would stay here again when we come back to Siguniang area.
