Overall very good and warm service by the hotel staff, the room has 2 side of views over the mountain, especially like that they offer pick up service between the hotel and the siguniang town which is crucial for me traveling by public transport (not driving by my own)

Excellent service, even though the booking was not changeable on Trip's side, the hotel changed the booking for us free of charge.
Service staff is very friendly and very helpful for getting around the area.
The location of the hotel is inside the Siguniangshan Scenic Area, being around 4km closer than the town complementing the start of the scenic trail. The hotel also offers a diver service for pick-up and drop-off from and to the tourist center of the town, which makes it easy to take a bus from Chengdu to Siguniangshan Town.
Rooms are luxurious with plenty of amenities. Drinks and snacks are provided daily.
My tip is to take a room with a direct view to the four mountain peaks for a wonderful wake-up sight.

Loved the cabin design of the room, and the service from the young hotel team. As we booked from overseas, we did not find out beforehand that the hotel is within the tourist area, which required entry tickets or pick up by the hotel driver. The area is secluded and quiet. If that is what you are looking for, it’s perfect. They have high standards with the amenities they provide.

The team staffs there are very friendly. Always try to fulfill the needs while we asked. Also the driver ,Xiao Den is very helpful and nice !! It's not that easy to find the way to the hotel if by self-driving. Hope this can be improved for the future visit.
