There is no underfloor heating either. The only heating device is an electric blanket. . . . 3. In such cold weather in November, the storage water heater in the room did not heat the guests in advance. After I asked this question, the female shopkeeper actually asked: How do I know when you will check in? . . . But no matter how bad a B&B is, it won't make guests wait for a long time for hot water. Since there is no centrally controlled electric water heater, at least the electric water heater in the room needs to be heated at all times to reduce the waiting time of guests. 4. I have endured all the above questions. That night, the store actually burned out the power switch because the wires installed in the store were not strong enough, causing a power outage. Even the only heating device couldn't turn on the heat. After I requested a refund, I communicated with the platform, and then the female shopkeeper had a bad attitude and refused to refund. She said that the room had been checked in, the quilt had been used, and no refund could be made. Later I let the platform communicate again. Unexpectedly, the young female shopkeeper knocked on the door and yelled at me. At this moment, I really couldn't stand this kind of hospitality attitude, so I yelled back. At this time, the little female shopkeeper finally agreed to withdraw, on the condition that I pack my bags and leave immediately. It also included the sentence "Get out of here" which is awesome👍🏻. It was already 9pm at that time. This village is very remote and walking at night is very dangerous. I had to bite the bullet and stay. Fortunately, the shopkeeper's mother had a very good attitude. Seeing her daughter's bad attitude towards customers, she immediately realized the seriousness of the problem and immediately told her daughter to shut up and block the door. He apologized to me and asked for forgiveness. When I saw my aunt's attitude, I just tolerated it and canceled my refund application. I read the reviews before and it was said that the female shop owner is a college student who just graduated from the tourism department. She is professional, enthusiastic and has a good attitude. The hardware decoration looks relatively good in that village from the pictures, so I ordered it. I didn't expect this to happen. Some hardware facilities (such as heating equipment, which cannot be seen from the pictures) may be taken for granted by me, thinking that in a B&B on a plateau, floor heating or air conditioning and heating are standard features. It's not that I don't want to spend more money to live in a better place, but because it's already past 6pm after visiting the nearby attraction - Majiagou. If I want to stay in any small county town of a certain size, I have to open at least 2 hotels. Half an hour of mountain road. Driving at night in a place like that is quite dangerous, so I can only make do with it. I didn't care whether I would refund the money or not (I didn't let them refund it in the end). The main reason was the attitude of the female shop owner, which was unacceptable. I went out to travel well, but I didn’t expect to be treated like this. Maybe a young female college student who has just graduated has not found a job and has no sense of service. She still lacks basic social experience, does not know how to treat guests, and is very easy to get emotional. 忍不住要寫長長的好評了！這趟出來玩住的最舒服的一家民宿了！老闆是一位年輕小姐姐和她父母，人都很好，很熱心。 在他們自家房子的三樓一整層是客房，房子外面不起眼但裏面裝修簡約美觀，又新又好，也乾淨，熱水穩定。房間還是無主燈設計哈哈哈，從亮到暗的氛圍燈，整個就是連鎖酒店的感覺嘛！（我猜小姐姐在大酒店工作過😆）如果房間裝上紗窗➕能配個一次性馬桶套就更好咯～ 價格也很合理，性價比高。本來訂了一晚，感覺沒休息夠又續了一晚～ 小鎮晚上睡覺很安靜，樓下飯館也不少（樓下拐角處小館子的牛肉麪便宜又好吃！），有小超市，挺方便，山青水秀空氣也好，我覺得生活在這真挺好😂以後還想來🤣

看民宿外觀不太行，結果進到裏面發現還很不錯，裝修得很用心很温馨，設施都很新，重要的是很乾凈！衞生搞得很好。唯一的缺點是房間門的隔音不好，不過房間不多住的人也少，而且外面鎮上很安靜。從蓮寶葉則或者紅原到四姑娘山玩兒的話，這裏位置也合適，路過可以來住。

這次是去瑪嘉溝玩，訂的這家民宿，首先完全超出了我的期待值，因為去過多次川西，對那邊的民宿住宿條件都挺失望的，本不抱多大的期待，但這家給了我一個驚喜。 首先它位於一個小鎮上，小鎮安靜乾淨，並沒有很商業化，即使週末也外地人不多，到了看見民宿外觀是比較古樸的風格，但進去房間後發現都非常的新，甚至電視還可以投屏，床單廁所也很乾凈 。雖沒地暖空調，但電熱毯晚上足夠熱醒，廁所也有暖風！重點是老闆人非常的好，到了後熱情的迎接，推薦吃的東西，還熱情的送了我們蘋果！完全不像這裏的某條差評寫的那樣！ 以上都是真實評價，多次去川西 很少寫評價，這次是發自內心的！ 沒拍房間照片，衹有小鎮的照片牆！

房東是位旅遊系畢業的小姐姐。房間環境和照片一模一樣。讓人特別感動的是，我們説想去撿野生菌，恰好小姐姐今天不忙，帶我們去了非景區的大山裡，撿了好多，一路還幫我們拍了照。非常nice

精緻小巧的客房，床上用品又軟又厚非常舒服，衞生間也寬敞，價格實惠，房間能備個熱水壺就更完美啦

民宿乾淨衞生，價格稍貴一些，總體還可以。

新裝修千凈無異味
