房間不錯，即使設施有點老舊也總體在合格線往上，服務超過預期，前台想客户所想，保潔阿姨也很熱心。非常不錯的一次入住體驗

過年去親戚家玩，隨便找了個近點的酒店住一晚，圖方便再加這個價錢本來也沒指望什麼，預期就是將就住一晚就行。但是三樓房間窗户壞了不能鎖，前台找了個人上來看完結論就是窗户鎖壞了，修不好，但是毫無歉意，一直嫌我們多事，説不用鎖窗。我們提議店裡補差價換房間也不行，最後我們自己打給攜程人取消原訂單重新訂的另外的房型。重新辦理入住後前台一直強調進去先看設施，先不要動房內東西，要不再換房的話他們還要去收拾，挺無語的，再便宜的酒店門窗這些保障安全的要有吧，有問題是要拿出解決問題的態度，這家就是嫌麻煩，顧客愛咋咋滴，發出來避雷吧。。。

酒店衞生太差，設施老舊，第一天接待的前台負責人態度不好，臨近火車站，但周圍美食較少，如果不是為了方便坐火車，還是不要來了
