好歹也是個老三星酒店，衞生是做的真差勁，衞生間還有頭髮和黃色水漬，床單有不乾淨的地方，電話聯繫前台也不知道是設備問題，還是不會用。也聯繫不上，隔音效果也不好，空調噪音，隔壁人説話聽得一清二楚的，體驗感太差了

剛進酒店大堂被前台的聲音吸引了，前台的袁美女服務態度很好，酒店設施雖然比較老舊，但是衞生做的很乾凈，在外這才是最值得關注的點，下次還會過來。

酒店地理位置好，旁邊就是一個商場，樓下有一條食街，很方便。房間乾淨整潔，洗手間也乾淨衞生。參加了今年孝感馬拉松，酒店延遲了退房，方便了我們跑友，再次感謝！

很不錯，前台姐姐服務很好，環境衞生也還可以，就是房間有點莫名其妙的冷，夏天完全不需要開空調了😂

前台服務態度好，效率也高，房間大小適中，因為開業時間久裝修有點老舊，因為是過來跑馬拉松的，退房時間也延遲了，整體來説還算不錯

住這家酒店很方便，旁邊就是商場，附一樓停車場很大，酒店價格也很優惠，服務員很熱情，房間提前開好了空調，進去就很涼爽，前台袁經理對客人細心周到，大堂有免費冷飲供應，很用心對客服務的酒店！
