整體感覺非常好，環境很好，從馬路邊開始到酒店大堂都是綠化，酒店後面是山，種滿了松樹🌲，空氣清新，很是舒適。服務員都很好，前台WQ入住退房很迅速，也很熱情，見面都是笑臉相迎。房間乾淨整潔，客房阿姨也很熱情。設施有洗衣房，會議室，健身房，餐廳，吃飯房間有點餐卡，飯菜可以送到房間，不想出門吃飯是一個不錯的選擇。前台還可以幫忙叫出租車，車子開到大堂門口，特別贊👍🏻整體就是很好啦

入住體驗非常不錯，出差來的這邊，酒店綠化做的很好，停車位也有很多，大廳夠氣派，服務方面無可挑剔，必須表揚下前台WSJ接待態度很好，見到總是面帶微笑，很熱情服務周到，積極提供幫助。房間整潔舒適，房間距離馬路有段距離在半上坡上也很安靜，晚上睡了個好覺。挺不錯的一次住宿體驗，很滿意，出差過來繼續選擇。。。

首先説前台服務可以，前台比較熱情，但是作為一個蕭縣的元老級酒店，我找他要礦泉水，他居然説房間裏的水喝完了，要自己出錢再購買，我第一次遇見喝瓶水酒店還要收費，在一個，我準備洗澡，他居然給我放了兩瓶洗髮水。沒有沐浴露。還有不到9:00我去吃早餐，基本上是啥也沒有了。而且餐廳的服務員態度不是很友好，很不耐煩的説麪也沒有了很多也沒有了。

首先房間很差，設施很老舊也很臟，晚上想洗澡熱水居然壞了！更奇葩的是，還發現好幾衹大蟑螂，當場要yue了！！！
早餐也沒見過比這個更差的，之前評論就看見有人説早餐不好，本身對早餐已經降低預期了，實際上居然比我預期還低，沒見過比這更差的自助早餐了！
服務尤其差，保潔尤其不專業！！！早上吃飯遺留在餐廳的嬰兒車配件居然當垃圾給我扔了，回頭找就沒了，真是服氣了！住過最差的酒店沒有之一！！！如果可以的話想給負分！
