住過十來次，給人感覺就是很普通的商務酒店，和星級酒店還有相當大的差距。
1.酒店沒有為客人提供免費的手機充電服務，客房抽屜裏放了一個已經過時的掃碼充電線，像是旅館的標準，充電線是故障的，信用付掃碼充了幾分鐘歸還，三天後依舊扣款了39元。
2.如果想為客人提供點心，應該在預訂的時候就為客人放在房間，不是每次入住剛要午睡服務員就來敲門送牛奶，態度也很一般。
3.這次入住點外賣的時候，外賣送到放在前台竟然也不通知客人，我打電話問前台問外賣情況，前台説機器人壞了，需要自取，基本的服務要有，為客人送外賣是最基本的服務！
希望改進，對得起這個價格。
