房間各方面其實都不錯，關鍵是酒店服務態度和對客人負責度很差。入住當晚，發現洗澡水不是很熱，屬於温熱，找了前台，然後派人來檢查處理，説正常的。次日早上出門和前台講了下情況，前台説可能房間樓層高的問題，我提出中午後給我換低樓層客房。到下午説沒有房間。晚上洗澡發現水温更差，再次找前台反饋情況，強烈要求換房間或者處理，沒有任何方案。到第三天，整個酒店斷了熱水，這時才維修設備，當晚直接沒有熱水。我沒辦法，投訴到攜程網，要求退房。攜程網的態度是好的，也積極幫忙協調，酒店説可以修好，第四天才修好，我已經三天沒好好洗澡，要求做出補償。酒店一直沒給任何方案，沒有積極處理，攜程網也積極幫協調。最終攜程網單方面給我補償了一天房費。假如我發現問題的第一天酒店方面能本着為客人着想服務的角度處理問題，也不至於造成第三天整個酒店斷熱水的事故狀況。所以對仙遊賓館給予差評。

老酒店基礎上重新裝飾，地段不錯，靠近縣醫院，訂了間套房，房間挺大的，配置紅木傢俱，有些古色古香，電視機小了些。

設施有點陳舊了，北面有建築工地施工，很早就有剷車的哄隆隆聲音，賓館提供了三餐，伙食一般，總體性價比不錯，就是大多人住宿就使用二餐，午餐不會用啊。

這一家仙遊賓館是仙遊縣最有歷史、最早的一家酒店裡。原本有些老舊，這幾年經過重新翻修之後，已經煥然一新！最愛的還是他們家的早餐，花樣品種很多，很多當地特色小吃，非常贊！甚至，還是可以吃午飯，續住的話，連晚飯也可以吃！

賓館的位置很好找，就在縣醫院旁邊，免費停車很方便。定的房間攜程顯示有浴缸但是並沒有，後來走的時候看到隔壁房間有浴缸但是房間面積比較小，可能每間房面積和設施不同吧。攜程顯示無早餐，但是酒店有包三餐，不過我們沒去吃也不知道好不好，但是兩百出頭的價格還包三餐實在很優惠了。前台態度挺好，入住退房都很快。
