A very cost-effective hotel. But I often stay in hotels on business trips, and I am also a diamond card member of many hotels. It is understandable that this hotel does not have a membership system.
But I stayed for 7 consecutive nights, and I also booked one night for my family. I wanted to delay check-out for two hours the next day, but I was told that it was not possible, saying that the hotel lobby manager’s authority was only half an hour at most.
I have stayed in so many hotels and know many hotel sales managers. I have also mentioned similar needs. The front desk told me that I could apply for it, or that the membership authority could be realized.
But! I didn’t know that the lobby manager of your hotel had such low authority. I hope it can be more humane. After all, I have stayed for a week in a row. If it weren’t for something, I would not have made requests to the hotel.
Facilities: The hotel wifi is sometimes available and sometimes not. Everything else is good.
