設施：非常好，很新，電梯需要刷卡進入，保證了住客的安全。外賣有可愛的機器人送到房間，很方便。vip電影、電視劇都可以觀看，還能投屏，跟家裡一樣一樣的
衞生：乾淨，就算有潔癖的人也難挑出毛病。
環境：安靜，舒適，住了不想退房了，哈哈哈
服務：小姐姐，小哥都很有禮貌，見面會主動打招呼。非常熱情，下去拿一次外賣還主動給水，退房也很熱情的送水。免費送機，會提前半小時打電話提醒。
一般很少評價好與壞的，這個酒店入住真的很舒服，值得打字點評一波。。。祝生意興隆！

非常滿意的一次住宿.和朋友是來西安逛漫展的，這個酒店離我們落地的機場和我們要去的展子都很近.
前台和接機的工作人員都很友好，也很熱情地回答我們出行方面的問題.免費接機送機服務真的很方便，就算不是坐飛機，去客運大樓坐地鐵也可以很方便地到市區玩.酒店附近也可以點到很多外賣，晚上吃着外賣看電影真的嗨到爆.
酒店的裝修和配套服務都做得很完善.而且就算是三床房這種特殊的房型設計得也很合理.投影儀和巨幕確實帶給我們的影視體驗還是很棒的.房間配備了智能音箱、集控式燈光和自動窗簾，把燈全部關了確實是有影院的那種氛圍.
兩個晚上睡得都很舒服，床很軟也沒有出現我這種敏感皮膚人羣不舒服的問題，算是我住過的裏面最上游的一類酒店了.下次有機會一定還來住🎉

前台小姐姐服務很好，人美聲甜，接機服務也好，早餐很豐富。酒店是新酒店。有洗衣房，還有健身房，地理位置也還不錯，到機場就15分鐘左右，衞生間乾濕分離，還有小度語音全屋控制，總之體驗下來非常不錯。

枕頭很舒服，全屋智能很滿意，衞生間也是乾濕分離的，空調是中央空調，好用，早餐種類很豐富，味道也不錯，前台服務態度也很好，還幫忙倒茶，還有機器人可以送餐，接送機也很及時，司機態度好，幫忙拿行李

這是住過性價比最高的酒店，房間和設施都很新，屋內有做乾濕分離，馬桶是智能的，房間內採光很好，衞生很到位，是五星級酒店香氛的味道。
唯一不滿的一點是酒店內前台服務態度非常不好而且很不專業，當時要求送兩瓶水，前台説送上來，半個小時都沒有上來，打電話説機器人送上來了，機器人到門口都是有電話響鈴提醒的，我説我一直在電話旁邊沒有任何響聲，這個基礎常識前台都不知道，非常不耐煩地和我説機器人到了是自己在門口響的……我的天……瞬間對酒店好感減了一半

房間設施相當好，小度智能音箱也很方便，開關燈就是一句話的事情，早上的早餐也很不錯，前台服務態度特別好，整個酒店有一股淡淡的香味，聞起來很舒心，不刺鼻，還配有洗衣間，必須好評，下次來西安還會再次入住
24小時接送機（T2/T3/T5客運大樓）:接送機服務不錯，準時準時到達，車內乾淨整潔，無異味，師傅特別熱心
