在攜程上選了很久才選的這個酒店，客房寬敞舒適，床鋪柔軟舒適，隔音效果好，環境安靜，床品舒適乾淨衞生，酒店設施新，完備，智能傢俱，時尚裝修，洗浴設備良好，地下車庫停車也很方便，酒店服務熱情周到，前台服務熱情主動剛一到還送了情人節小花束，提供專車接送，餐廳人員禮貌，就算睡懶覺也能趕上吃早飯。

看網評這家酒店評價挺好的，入住時一走進酒店大堂，豪華美麗的空間搭配精緻的裝修，瞬間好感度拉滿。前台工作人員超熱情，辦理入住迅速，還貼心推薦周邊好玩的地方。房間更是驚艷，佈置得温馨又雅緻，傢俱嶄新，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。浴室乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質上乘。酒店的自助早餐也很豐富有當地的特色美食旗花面和餄烙麪推薦大家來品嚐一下。健身房器材齊全，還有洗衣房標配的烘乾機。整體體驗堪稱完美，服務貼心，環境舒適，設施完善，下次來楊凌，肯定還選這家！

這次回家過年選的酒店，完全超出預期！剛到酒店，禮賓大叔就熱情地幫忙搬運行李，辦理入住時，前台工作人員耐心細緻，還貼心升級了房型。房間佈置得簡約又不失温馨，採光特別好，站在窗前，城市景色盡收眼底。床鋪軟硬適中，躺上去就不想起來。房間的智能設備也特別方便，調節燈光、温度，包括電動窗簾，動動手指就行了。酒店的餐廳，菜品豐富，味道也很棒。早餐的咖啡機，香氣四溢。周邊交通便利，高速路口就在附近，出行輕鬆。服務貼心，設施便利，以後回家就選這兒了！

我們在網上看了很久，看他們家有專車接送，訂了這家，到酒店後前台接待十分熱情，辦理的也快，我們趕了一天的路很疲憊，很快就能到房間休息，辦完手續還熱情的提醒停車是免費的，早餐時間七點到九點，看我們很累還貼心的問第二天早上需不需早餐的時候叫醒我們，早餐菜品和水果確實很豐盛，值得一住。

看到網評後選的這家，原以為是客户誇大其詞了，沒想到這家酒店還真是不錯，前台服務很熱情，得知我們是高鐵過來的，特意想我們推薦了酒店的商務車接送服務，免費的，不收錢，這在我們的意料之外，雖然説來回打車二三十元，但是酒店能夠推動推薦，感覺不一樣，確實是誠意誠意的，房間很大，還配備了小冰箱，飲料是免費使用的，小零食量不大，但是可以向客房大姐再要，大姐很熱情，看我們帶來兩個小孩，主動又提供了一雙小童拖鞋，早餐也不錯，那房卡報房間號就可以使用，品種豐富，由當地特色麪條，值得推薦給即將春節旅遊的朋友們。

酒店前台服務很好，尤其是她們那個姓袁的領導幫我免費升級了房型説讓我體驗，加了微信後確實幫忙解決好多問題，衹要我發微信反應的問題，都能很快回復解決，也真心感謝一下工程部的那個小夥子，那天洗臉盆一下堵了，把我着急的，反應後很快就過來幫弄好了，偷偷拍了照片，健身房也特別棒，還有洗衣房，洗了直接就烘乾了，很方便，都是免費用，停車場也是免費停車，很寬敞，以後來就住這了

酒店整體光線較暗，但前台很熱情，服務很好，前台經理很貼心，聽説我們第一次來，免費安排升級了房型，還耐心的告訴我們吃早餐時間樓層，健身房和洗衣房的位置，早餐很豐富，還有我愛吃的芝麻團，太愛了，值得推薦
