Amazing hotel. We booked the largest queen room. It was very spacious and provided a very nice rest before we took off again. We stayed for two nights in total, and wish we could have stayed longer. Within a 5 minute car ride away, you can experience local food and get a nice foot massage. In addition to the amazing room, the staff was extremely helpful as well. The front desk assistant with glasses was very helpful and made our trip very smooth and peaceful. Morning breakfast was great as well. The noodle soup was great, and a nice taste of Xi'an noodles, if you aren't able to explore more. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel!! Staff are friendly & helpful with informations. Free airport transfer, pick up at 1:30am from Xianyang International airport. Room equipped with high tech sensor equipments. Auto close the day & night curtains when you enter the room at night & auto open the curtains when you leave the room in the day. Night sensor for bed & toilet bowl. Auto light up the bottom of the bed when you get up. Auto light up the toilet bowl when you enter the bathroom at night & auto flush.. super good!!

Hotel offers free transportation to and from the airport. Good service and very good breakfast. There seems to be no restaurants within walking distance, but the hotel serves a simple dinner with a small menu, which is sufficient if you’re there a catch a plane the following morning.

I am a foreigner who was very impressed with the hotel's service. There is a pick up service at the airport 24 hours. The new room is very clean, the bed is comfortable. My family really likes the variety of breakfast. Next time I come to Xi'an, I will definitely stay again. The employees speak well and are impressed.

It's great to have free motorbike transfers. The room was comfortable and clean, and there were free drinks. The hair dryer works great too. Thanks to the front desk, counter and driver for their attentive service. 🙏

Near the airport, there is a driver who is responsible for picking up and dropping off, which is very convenient for tourists who have to catch a flight in the morning. The hotel is neat and clean, and my husband and children are very satisfied.

In order to catch a flight early the next morning, we found a hotel near the airport, together with the Four Seasons Mercure. Because there were elderly people with us, we specifically told them when checking in that we hoped to be arranged together and not the last room. After getting a positive reply, we were given a first room two floors lower and a last room in a corner. I am really grateful to the short girl with a ponytail who was on duty at dusk on April 29 that day for being so thoughtful. Such a big hotel specially picked two last rooms two floors lower for us. When we asked to change rooms, we were told that it was full, and we had to pay more or go to the Four Seasons. I am really grateful. It feels like I am paying money to see her face. Just based on her attitude, I completely blacklist this hotel. I hope other people who are catching a flight will avoid this hotel. It is too bad. There is absolutely no service attitude at all.

After picking up my luggage, I contacted the front desk of the Orange Hotel Airport where I booked, and was told that I had to go to Gate 324 on the departure floor to wait. At this time, the pick-up bus came out of the hotel, and I waited for about 15 minutes. It took about 10 minutes to get to the hotel by car. The hotel doorman was very enthusiastic and helped us carry our luggage, register and send us to the room. The Orange Hotel Airport Store is very new, just opened in 2024. The room is not very spacious, has a small table and lacks a suitcase rack. Since it is next to the airport, there is a little noise from planes taking off and landing, so opening the window will not affect the accommodation. Since it is in the airport area, there is only one convenience store next to the door that can satisfy the soy milk, millet porridge, steamed buns, etc. needed for breakfast. The hotel provides a fixed lunch and dinner, including 7 or 8 kinds of meat buns, Yangzhou fried rice, etc., all priced at 15 yuan each. For lunch, I chose takeout from "Qinzhen Fengwei Laotongguan Store": a meat bun is 12 yuan (worth eating), a preserved egg and lean meat porridge is 8 yuan (not bad), and a wonton is 8 yuan (the meat is not delicious, not recommended) ) For dinner, I chose takeout and ordered "Fish You Together". The store does not take out and entrusts a third party to deliver. You need to add WeChat payment before delivery: a meal for two people is 64 yuan, which is quite filling. The taste is very good, the black fish is fresh and smooth. 26th We chose a convenience store for breakfast, a portion of Yonghe soy milk, a portion of millet porridge, and a meat bun, a total of 8 yuan. It’s much easier than the 58 yuan for a hotel buffet. Before 10 o'clock, I called the front desk to remind me whether to take a shuttle to the airport. I checked out at 10 o'clock and went to the airport. The doorman was equally enthusiastic.

Every detail is very thoughtful and humanized, and the service is considerate. I fell in love with Orange the first time I stayed there I was deeply attracted by the works of Mr. Ji placed at the bedside I am grateful for the encounter!
