酒店設施很好，衞生特別乾淨，門口就有保安師傅幫忙挪車停車，服務也很到位啊，給保安師傅點個贊，住了兩天早餐的麪很好吃😋，主要還是衞生很乾凈，必須要給點個好評的

中午一點半到的酒店，沒有保安協調車位，導致直接被貼條罰款了。
住進酒店後，在酒店發現一個拆開的避孕套盒子扔在床邊沒有打掃，已拍下視頻。
第二天早上在酒店早餐吃到清潔球鐵絲。
這個酒店的停車、衞生、食品安全真的太差勁了，一言難盡。

酒店很好，感覺也非常到位，入住的時候比較急，給前台説了，前台一分鐘左右就把卡給我了，服務很到位，前台買東西可以機器人送貨，那個機器人很搞笑，伸個鎚子出來砸門，哈哈哈把我笑死了，算是我來這裏住的一個小樂趣吧，哈哈哈哈，很搞笑，房間衞生也挺好的，中途讓阿姨給我收了一次垃圾，阿姨還幫我補了兩瓶水，挺好的，推薦一下這個酒店吧，算是為了砸門的機器人🤖，笑死我了

寫的是智能馬桶 結果不是 寫的是特大床 前台的説不是 都一樣的1.8*2的大床 上去看了以後我也不知道是大床還是特大床 反正是兩張床拼稱的一張 中間有凹陷 沒辦法 我衹好打橫睡

酒店衞生很好，一進門的感覺很好，房間的衞生設施也挺好的，聽前台説是新裝修過的，總體感覺還可以，服務挺不錯的，本來也是過來找朋友玩的，對面就是商場也算是方便，還很好的，下次來了還住這裏

説説真實居住過程：我首先選住是看了點評和評分高才選擇的，不知道好評的託們良心疼不疼，攜程你把這個酒店推送在第一位，***嗎？。1.進店前台看了預訂熱情的告訴我商務標間免費升級豪華大床?! 希望給好評驚訝之餘立馬拒絕。標間升級大床房，第一次聽到這種邏輯。2.進9樓後開門就聽見馬路對面廣場肆無忌憚的喇叭一直吵到晚上9點。然後早晨6:30又開始吹吹打打了3.預訂的2間房，其中一間電水壺不通電 有通知前台，調換一個插座而已，淋浴房沒有熱水且水龍頭一碰就掉地上了。房間衞生有圖有真相。你們信不信都在那裡哈。3.窗簾電動的，卡死關不了，外面的夜光一直和房間對持到天亮，睡不睡得着大家去想。。。4.早餐7點到9點。我們是8點差5分去的，所有餐盤空的，尋找吃的一圈發現2桶稀飯，更噁心的是餐廳樓梯口有大便一堆。。。。（差點吐了，來不及拍照） 衹聽見有一旅客和服務員：昨天也是説師傅請假，今天又沒吃的?你們酒店幹嘛要含早餐呢？!。。。在眾多旅客的吵鬧聲裏一人來了一碗麪，一個雞蛋（有一位住客拿了2個雞蛋，服務員惡狠狠滴要求退回1個?!!）5.諷刺的是離店後居然反複電話短訊給好評。

幫家人們訂的部分房間裏有聽到反應説地上有地毯被很多煙頭燙過的痕跡
另外一間的家人則反應説他們房間的吹風機吹了20秒就會自動停止
櫃枱的服務很好，衹要有反應的話，他們馬上就會去處理 衹是説在仙桃應該也算是第二大的酒店，你們應該也要更新一下設備吧
再來一個就是早餐，基本上就衹有熱的豆漿沒有什麼可以吃的。而且聽家人説早餐部門的人講話不是很客氣，可能需要更多的職業培訓。
還有一個比較不能理解的就是明明牆壁上都會説是不能抽煙，但是酒店基本上也不會管客人是不是在室內抽煙 這個對不抽煙的人來説，其實是非常不公平的
