酒店是沔陽小鎮景區裏最新開的一家，設計簡潔明瞭，房間乾淨，床很舒服，景區環境很好，非常適合度假休息。
早餐在天鵝湖酒店的早餐廳，品種很多味道也不錯。
入住酒店還送飛車表演門票，非常值得一看，總體來説性價比很高，景區和酒店都值得推薦。

酒店位於景區內，自駕車直接開到保安亭入口處登記，然後開車100米左右向左拐即到酒店門前停車場，很方便。房間設施新，乾淨整潔衞生，帶小陽台。非節假日當天在攜程下單大床房289（含早餐、包景區門票2人、飛車表演票2張）。早餐需在景區內走幾分鐘路，品種十幾樣，糊湯米粉味道好好吃。不足之處，淋浴房門縫大不嚴，易滲出很多水打濕衞生間地面。

酒店在景區裏面，走路大約5-8分鐘可以到核心區域。酒店整體很新，服務比較周到。晚上的賽車表演也很震撼，景區可以看的東西不多，適合遛娃慢玩。唯一的問題就是晚上吃飯的選擇很少。

前台小姐姐很温柔，耐心的幫忙找靠路邊的房間，房間佈置和設施都很有質感，陽台非常舒服，就是被子有點煙味。
早餐的地方環境很好，品類不多但是味道不錯。

沒什麼服務，辦理入住開始三個人在前台，互相推不辦理，遇到的擺渡車也都不願意説去哪些地方，停車場的保安亂指揮停車，酒店衹能吃早餐，沒有其他餐廳點不到外賣，房間幾乎沒有隔音，門口講話收拾垃圾的聲音都非常清楚。新酒店還算乾淨，訂單的升級房間也沒提供。

女兒在山東上學期間，我們是白玉蘭的常客，體驗感很好。這次到沔陽小鎮，再次首選白玉蘭，得到朋友的高度肯定。白玉蘭有自己設計的文化，無論哪個店服務都很到位，尤其這個店，就在景區內，贈送飛車表演門票，早餐也比較豐富，值得推薦。

房間比較乾淨，一家人出來旅遊，路過仙桃，説沔陽小鎮比較好玩，就選了性價比比較高的。説帶着娃一起的，特意給升級了房型。晚上很安靜，隔音效果也很好。但唯一不好的是，攜程給我升級到了下午2點退房，他們12點多就打電話來催我們退了，説今天來的客人比較多。這點確實讓人感覺很不好。

景區內的酒店，車子可以開進去，樓下還有一個便利店，開車去到景區裏也很方便，過年期間服務也很好。就是過年人太多了，早餐餐廳供應不了，不過可以諒解，希望以後能改進。送的賽車表演門票也很棒，很好看。
