The whole process made me realize that it was all self-service, so when I changed my clothes, I also planned to put my slippers back into the shoe cabinet by myself. When I walked towards the shoe cabinet with my slippers in my hand, When I put the shoes in the cabinet, someone finally responded, pointing at the cabinet with an imperative gesture and asking me to put them back by myself. After playing, I was hungry. I went to the Chinese restaurant but no one paid any attention to me. I asked a random staff member and they told me to find an empty seat. When I sat down and raised my hand, someone came over and pointed at the QR code and asked me to order by myself. I said there was no table. Tableware! There are no tea sets either. Do I need to order using the QR code as well? Only then did someone bring tableware and teapot. So if I have the chance to come here next time, I must be mentally prepared to be fully self-service, but it is unlikely to come again next time.

The main problems are: 1) The door lock is loose and difficult to open; 2) There is no way to use the room phone, and you can't contact the main station. You can only use your mobile phone to call the hotel front desk; 3) The bathroom has some peculiar smell; 4) The air-conditioning inlet/outlet at the entrance is dusty. None of the above problems existed when I lived there before. Hope it can be improved. When checking out, there is no need to check the room, which is very convenient.

酒店位置不錯，在市區距離高鐵不遠，這次是來咸寧旅遊主要是來泡温泉和際華冰雪滑雪館玩雪的，性價比還不錯，房間中規中矩，健身房洗衣房配套都齊全，距離泡温泉的地方6公里距離，車程10多分鐘，距離際華冰雪香城滑雪館14公里，車程不到20分鐘，基本打個的士都能解決問題，第二天還在門口免費的咸寧市博物館逛了逛，按理推薦，下次還會繼續選擇。
