I have stayed in this hotel many times, but this time I feel bad. The main reason is that the facilities are outdated. The main problems are: 1) The door lock is loose and difficult to open; 2) There is no way to use the room phone, and you can't contact the main station. You can only use your mobile phone to call the hotel front desk; 3) The bathroom has some peculiar smell; 4) The air-conditioning inlet/outlet at the entrance is dusty. None of the above problems existed when I lived there before. Hope it can be improved. When checking out, there is no need to check the room, which is very convenient.

First: ladies at the front desk: rally lovely helpful ladies! But about the rest??? Swimming-pool? Not open yet. Was not advertised on the internet it was closed. We booked the hotel because of the poo…I hardly believe it will ever be open … Breakfast? Terrible. Very old food. Bread options were so old, you could not even bite in it. They do not refill. So no fruit was left at 9.15….. breakfast should be open till 10.00… Food options restaurant for dinner: black pepper beef was way to hard to chew, and overpriced. Room cleaning: perfect Roomsize: okay Airconditioning: we had to ask several times why it didn’t work. It was way to hot in the room, so we didn’t have a nice sleep. Overal: despite the lovely desk ladies, would never again stay here again.
