First: ladies at the front desk: rally lovely helpful ladies!
But about the rest???
Swimming-pool? Not open yet. Was not advertised on the internet it was closed. We booked the hotel because of the poo…I hardly believe it will ever be open …
Breakfast? Terrible. Very old food. Bread options were so old, you could not even bite in it. They do not refill. So no fruit was left at 9.15….. breakfast should be open till 10.00…
Food options restaurant for dinner: black pepper beef was way to hard to chew, and overpriced.
Room cleaning: perfect
Roomsize: okay
Airconditioning: we had to ask several times why it didn’t work. It was way to hot in the room, so we didn’t have a nice sleep.
Overal: despite the lovely desk ladies, would never again stay here again.

環境很好，離温泉很近，不用出酒店大門就可以上山間步道。服務也不錯，早餐最棒品種豐富，中餐也很好價格不貴，連着住了兩天，感覺物有所值。

特意預訂的山景房，想看看景色，結果房間安排的四層朝向是對着平台的，真的很敗好感，入住前工作人員也沒有告知，事後想換房間被告知沒有房了，影響心情不愉快的入住體驗。酒店衞生不能細看，沙發凳縫隙全是塵灰。早餐也很一般。

專門選了一個新裝修的酒店，主要考慮空調噪音比較小可以睡個好覺。早餐還可以，前台服務熱情。酒店環境很好，離潛山很近，去碧桂園湯池也很近，吃喝方便，下次還會選擇這裏。
