Not what I expected. The way this hotel sells itself on Trip.com, does not align with what's presented upon arrival. Our rooms were dirty. Stains everywhere. Broken furniture. We complained, but were told that there aren't rooms available for the rest of the weekend, as it was "fully booked". After contacting an agent at trip.com, there were suddenly rooms available for us. Rooms that were much cleaner, much more in line with their apparent 4star rating. The hotsprings were good. I wouldn't advise spending your money staying at the hotel. There are other hotels nearby.

The hot springs are nice but they started cleaning early before closing time. The hotel had fruits in the room which was nice and you can easily order anything else you might need. The walk downtown was very pleasant. I would recommend an early morning hike nearby. It was a comfortable stay.

地理位置非常好，潛山公園入口處，萬豪温泉旁邊，月亮灣不遠，泡泡温泉，爬潛山，月亮灣旁美食也很多。就是早餐質量需要提高改進！

設施：重新裝修過，現代簡約風
衞生：衞生很乾凈，服務員還送了一個生理期小禮包，很貼心
環境：對面是國家潛山公園，活生生的空氣凈化器，比武漢的空氣好太多
服務：從入住到離店服務員都很熱情，入住時還送了一袋手辦，有個DIY的龍，很好看
他們的房卡和裝房卡的也很特別

酒店算是這一地區比較好的了，雖然開業時間長設施有點舊，但總體水平還是不錯的。位置好面對潛山森林公園，旁邊就是温泉谷泡温泉很方便，周圍不遠處的月亮灣都是吃飯的地方，多住幾天更好，可惜安排衹住了一晚，感覺滿意！

酒店依山傍水，環境很好～對面就是潛山森林公園，裏面林木景觀設計獨特新穎，個人非常，，當天到達酒店下午帶家人遊覽潛山很愜意，晚上在周邊月亮灣旁賞光影秀，，和家人一起出門休閑度假住這裏還是一個不錯的選擇哦。酒店房間是重新裝修過的，有翻新的痕跡，但房間毛巾，床單被套非常乾淨軟和。
