The floor with the pool was closed, and whole floor with amenities was closed too. Basically there was nothing to do for us, there was only one playground for our baby. I was expecting much more, not worth the money at all. You need to pay extra for hot springs too.

很好，免費升級了房間，超級大，很方便。酒店早餐非常豐富，小朋友很喜歡，希望酒店温泉套票能推出一家三口的票！現在小朋友都太高了，8歲都超高了，還沒有學生票，要買成人票。

出差正好在附近，就定了這個酒店，酒店環境絕美，早餐不錯，唯一不足房間燈光有點暗，畢竟老酒店，設施有點老，洗澡水太小

已經是第二次來住咸寧碧桂園鳳凰温泉酒店了，上一次是2021年的十一，也是三天兩晚，一家三口玩得很開心，老公對這家酒店讚不絕口。
一晃三年過去了。這次和妹妹兩家人帶孩子來玩。比較了好幾家酒店，還是選擇了碧桂園！老顧客入住，給做了房間升級！聽説我們小朋友過生日，入住時貼心安排了茶點小禮物。還特地給佈置了一下，給孩子一個大大的驚喜！
感謝碧桂園的每一位員工的貼心服務，從前台，客房服務到自助餐都讓人很滿意。
自助早餐的牛肉麪很好吃，餐廳後面的小草坪也小小布置了一下，孩子們可以吃完早餐，在草坪玩無動力設施。
酒店五一的遛娃活動也很豐富，還給每次參加活動的小朋友拍了照片。
今年五一送的VR體驗遊戲孩子玩得也很開心。當然最重要的還是泡温泉了。住店客可以現場買票，比套餐划算！
看到了一對新人的户外婚禮，佈置得好漂亮！
去到周邊的潛山森林公園，或者萬達都很方便。

酒店建得像凡爾賽宮哈哈哈哈很豪華，一樓的早餐也很好吃，很有湖北特色，淡季出遊，管理小姐姐給升級了房型，房間很不錯還有露台和浴缸，這個行政大床房強烈推薦！下次泡温泉會再來😎

環境非常優美，空氣清新，是休閑療養的好地方。服務人員非常熱情專業周到，有種賓至如歸的感覺。早餐品種也很豐富，就餐環境也很棒。房間面積很寬敞舒適，就是設備稍微有點陳舊，房間的廁所排氣扇好像沒有啟動，衹住一晚也沒太大的影響，總體還是很不錯的體驗。

很多年來過一次，感覺就很不錯，這一次過來跟記憶中有些變化，又説不出是什麼，服務一如既往，很熱情很細緻，提前接到問詢的電話，告知帶孩子，主動確認是否需要補充物品，到店房間升級了，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，提前開了空調，效果很好，房間下面就是草坪，很漂亮，在房間待着也是一個享受，温泉是預約的沒有花錢，特色浴區泡一泡，休息區小坐，有主動送過來的水果飲料，滿意，房間帶早餐，是自助，品種挺多的，特色藕湯口味極佳，退房給卡就行，大堂的小姐姐還贈送了小禮物，非常感謝，會再來的
