The carpet was so dirty that it looked like someone had peed on it. The store automatically started playing music at 9 a.m. I was speechless. I have never given a negative review.

I haven't participated in commenting on the hotel's situation for a long time. This message reflects the general situation truthfully. It is generally hygienic. It is very close to Xianning South Station and even closer to Wanda. It takes almost 20 minutes to get to the North Station! What about the facilities? I can't compliment you. There are traces of dirt on the walls. When I take a shower, the water is not big. The sink is not designed properly and the faucet is too low! The facilities were not well maintained. When I fell asleep very tired in the afternoon, I called and said I wanted to check for leaks... I don’t want to say more!

首先前台給我的服務很好，因為來的比較早，訂的房間還沒出來，前台就給我免費升級了房型，房間衞生乾淨整潔，離南站萬達很近，吃飯逛街都很方便，下次還來！

辦理入住的時候工作人員給我的體驗是很好的，因為我提前到店也幫我儘快打掃入住，好放東西。但是後面一些情況讓我感覺貴酒店服務還是不夠專業和細心。
1 連住兩晚，第二天的早上八點和前台説不用打掃房間結果還是打掃了。
2 我自帶的牙刷原本是凸出桌緣擺放的，回來的時候牙刷頭直接接觸桌面。床品也被收拾了，睡衣出現在另一個位置，明顯也是被移動了，想問問貴酒店這是什麼服務操作？真的太沒有分寸感了。另外行李箱看起來和離開時不太一樣。
3 早餐廳是一對夫婦經營的，看起來不是酒店的一部分，品類少、口味一般。這對夫婦沒有穿酒店工作服，同時待客的態度、舉止有待提高。
4 窗户有蛛網、灰塵，原本覺得問題不大，但是酒店讓我感覺被冒犯了，所以提出來可供參考。
5 床單、被子、枕頭觸感略濕軟，像是沒有徹底烘乾，枕頭有煙草味（桌面放有煙灰缸）。
