酒店環境不錯，非常乾淨整潔，重要的是酒店食品味道非常棒，色味俱佳，服務員態度也很好！一樓大廳還有免費的桌球打！

對於這個地方三百多一晚的價格真心不值當。十二點到店説還沒有打掃好房間要我們吃個飯再去check in，好，我們兩點到店説衹有一間房，另外一間還不能確定什麼時候能弄好，態度強硬，住過那麼多酒店，兩點入住是正常，一般都還可以提前入住，結果到了這邊居然按照入住要求時間入住都不能滿足，你們內部的問題不需要消費者來承擔後果，哪裡差就應該提高哪個地方的業務培訓，反而還對消費者造成困擾。
酒店房間確實還挺大，內部設施比較新，但是因為忘記給孩子帶牙具要酒店前台送一套牙具，居然説是需要另外收費五元，還是一手交錢 一手交貨。一般不提供一次性牙具的酒店都會明顯提示並標註清晰價格，這裏感覺就是他們自己説了算，聯投好歹也是個大型連鎖酒店，不知道對這方面的管理到底是如何抓呢？也沒有收據
第二天的早餐簡直一言難盡，品種不多就算了，沒有咖啡也算了，九點到餐廳，衹有兩種飲品，一個豆漿一個檸檬紅茶，豆漿已經沒有了。
其他的就是白水煮蛋，蒸紅薯、芋頭、玉米、窩窩頭和小小的菜包子，再就是一點炒麪，唯一現場做的熱乾麪也沒有了，就着一碗稀飯吃了個雞蛋打發了早餐。
酒店中秋節也沒有什麼項目供孩子們娛樂，去年去的另外一個酒店包含好多中秋節活動孩子們玩的很開心，而且附近也沒有可以玩的地方，最近的就是隔壁的航天科技館，還值得逛一下，松鼠部落孩子們年紀也不適合。

免費升級了房間，出了點問題也能解決，客房部工作人員態度熱情。 前台電腦太慢，相對於房價來講衞生和早餐還有進步空間

酒店離松鼠部落開車十分鐘，隔壁就是梓山湖航天科技館，環境清凈。早餐種類不多，勉強吃飽。標間二張床輕輕一推可以拼到一起，睡一家三口很寬敞。窗台內有欄桿，晾曬衣服很方便。對面幾間房住了帶娃的幾家人，估計是第一次住酒店吧，早上七點不到都醒了，敞開房門，四五個娃在樓道里你追我趕，尖叫嬉鬧，大人們也在樓道里大聲喧囂，大有不把一棟樓的客人都吵醒就不罷休的架勢。本來想出去吆喝一聲小聲點，但突然想到劉姥姥進大觀園，算了，還是忍一忍吧。

晚上入住沒有熱水，晚上出門，門卡沒帶，手機丟裏面，等了20分鐘。前台不能開門，業沒有人值班。急着趕高鐵，衹有自己走了。前台衹有一個門衞大叔，最可恨是，沒有熱水，説晚上關了！住了這麼多次，越來越差！

房間挺大的，條件比想象中好很多。交通也是挺方便的，下賀勝橋東站出來就看到了。來的時候還給免費升級了高級大床房，服務態度也很贊，不錯的一次體驗。
