However, we waited for a full hour and still couldn't bring it up. In the end, we went down to get it ourselves. If there is a shortage of manpower, it is recommended that the hotel hire more people, or directly tell customers how long they need to wait to get the takeout, instead of letting guests wait in the room all the time. When they get it, the food is almost cold. Also, when taking a shower, the water flow is not large enough, and the amount of shower gel, conditioner and shampoo is a bit small. It is recommended to change to large bottles instead of small bottles. Other items are quite satisfactory. It is recommended to improve the service quality.

First: ladies at the front desk: rally lovely helpful ladies! But about the rest??? Swimming-pool? Not open yet. Was not advertised on the internet it was closed. We booked the hotel because of the poo…I hardly believe it will ever be open … Breakfast? Terrible. Very old food. Bread options were so old, you could not even bite in it. They do not refill. So no fruit was left at 9.15….. breakfast should be open till 10.00… Food options restaurant for dinner: black pepper beef was way to hard to chew, and overpriced. Room cleaning: perfect Roomsize: okay Airconditioning: we had to ask several times why it didn’t work. It was way to hot in the room, so we didn’t have a nice sleep. Overal: despite the lovely desk ladies, would never again stay here again.

酒店開業不太久，設施很新，房間很大也很乾凈。依山傍水，前面一片綠油油的稻田，靜謐清新。酒店裡離石梘堰很近，水小的話戲水游泳很愜意，可惜我們第一天去晚了沒下水，第二天又碰上大雨。大廳還有個大屏可以播放電影，孩子們着實享受了一把。餐廳裏的菜品不錯，都是當地特色菜，量足味佳，我們一家人連着兩晚上都在酒店吃的飯。特別要説一下，酒店的工作人員和服務阿姨們感覺都很熱情質樸，有求必應，真是想盡辦法為我們提供所需，這個必須點個贊👍全家人都説有機會一定還來。
