Came to Xianning on a business trip. Before checking in, I received a warm call from the lobby manager. They arranged a room with a balcony for us in advance. The hygiene was very good, the pillows were very comfortable, and the heating was sufficient. The outdoor scenery was also very good, with a large fountain at the door! There are also robots in the lobby that can deliver takeout and water to the room, which is very cute! The staff has a good attitude and greets you warmly when they meet! The hot spring is outside the hotel and you can take a shuttle bus to get there. The driver is on call. Highly recommended!

It is more convenient to have two upper and lower beds in the family room. The hotel facilities are a bit outdated. The water dispenser is not working. The family room is a bit noisy next to the road. There are tents and slides in the parent-child room. Children like it very much.

First: ladies at the front desk: rally lovely helpful ladies! But about the rest??? Swimming-pool? Not open yet. Was not advertised on the internet it was closed. We booked the hotel because of the poo…I hardly believe it will ever be open … Breakfast? Terrible. Very old food. Bread options were so old, you could not even bite in it. They do not refill. So no fruit was left at 9.15….. breakfast should be open till 10.00… Food options restaurant for dinner: black pepper beef was way to hard to chew, and overpriced. Room cleaning: perfect Roomsize: okay Airconditioning: we had to ask several times why it didn’t work. It was way to hot in the room, so we didn’t have a nice sleep. Overal: despite the lovely desk ladies, would never again stay here again.

Parking is convenient. I can see the night view of Longtan at night when I call the room booked in advance. The biggest feeling for me is that the pillows are so comfortable and the big bed is spacious. I don’t know what shampoo the hotel uses. It’s really good to use. It’s so fragrant. I don't know how to open the staff patiently guided, the service is good, breakfast, I personally feel that there are quite a lot of types, a bit biased Xianning cuisine taste, quite rich and complete.
