After having a hearty breakfast at the hotel in the morning, choose the order of going up and down from the south, and choose the shuttle bus of the scenic area, directly from the north gate to the south gate. After the tour, you can lie down directly in the hotel and enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel, which is very pleasant. The room is clean and quiet. At a glance, the window is full of greenery and the beautiful scenery is right in front of you. The mountain doesn't see me, I will see the mountain myself, hahaha. Before checking in, the hotel added WeChat, and the service started before departure, and the room was upgraded. After checking in, the private butler's service was responsive and responsive, and I gave it a thumbs up.

Hair dryer problem: rubbish hair dryer, as a 5-star hotel, the hair dryer broke after blowing for less than 10 seconds. I had to wait for 5 minutes for the hair dryer to cool down before I could blow it again. I spent half an hour to blow dry my hair and it was still not dry. Bathroom problem: I had to squat to squeeze the shower gel and shampoo. You had to squat every time you squeezed it. And the floor was very slippery when there was shower gel on it. I almost slipped.

The hotel is right at the north gate of Shenxianju, with beautiful scenery. The breakfast variety is OK. After eating, there is an RV camping site along the road next to the restaurant. It is a good place to relax and vacation in Xiandu.

The service concept still needs to be improved during this stay. When the driver stopped at the check-in gate to pick up a few suitcases, there was no waiter to answer and I was speechless. The meal was the most speechless, because it had been raining continuously since I checked in in the afternoon, so I went to the restaurant to order food. I ordered a few dishes, only the shredded potatoes were barely edible after being recooked, and the other dishes were obviously pre-made. This is not the point. Several waiters in the restaurant chatted about daily life, which completely ruined the overall a**osphere of the hotel. There was also one who kept coughing from time to time and did not wear a mask... so he quickly took a few bites and escaped. Originally, when you checked into the hotel, you would get a piece of fruit, but you didn’t have to worry about the fruit. The service was just a perfunctory addition... There was nothing in the minibar... That’s it... I feel that this hotel overall feels too tired...maybe it has something to do with my career...I care about Feng Shui...you can see spitting disgusting everywhere when you go out🤢
