小孩子在酒店被貓抓出血了，酒店就是説動物打過疫苗沒關係的，也沒車送醫院打疫苗，後來第二天自己去了當地的醫院打了狂犬疫苗，酒店也沒什麼表示，貓雖然有籠子，但是口還是蠻大，小孩子在外，爪子生出來就被抓破了，希望酒店改進下貓籠，爪子可以升不出來。
