Arrived at night. They upgraded My room but it was on the third floor and no elevator. They didn't turn on the AC. It was only the fan. The room was large but unnecessary as a solo traveler. They gave fruit in the room but they seemed to be old. The breakfast buffet made me sick.

I stayed for 3 nights 4 days. Had a great time at the hotel but I still consider the price was kind of high for what’s offered.
1. Swimming floor tiles are old and make the swimming pool look dirty
2. Restaurant is closed but when I called to checked they said the opposite.
3. My room was extremely bright. Impossible to sleep after 6am. No more rooms available.
The town is beautiful. There’s a lake only few meters away with some coffee shops to enjoy the sunset. The Ruyi bridge is 4km away so didi or bus can take you there easily. At night there’s not much to do. It would be nice if the hotel offers at an extra price some table tennis tables, spa or something else to make the amenities more attractive.

因為一個酒店，愛上一個品牌，因為神仙居開元頤居對寵物的友好程度而愛上了頤居品牌，旅行後續中一直優先關注當地頤居是不是寵物友好的酒店，可惜並沒有神仙居的那麼友好，希望在百達屋的小程序上能加上篩選寵物友好的項目。

房間很好，但是説好的入住水果怎麼沒有捏。但是怎麼有個兔子，都生病了，也沒有草也沒有兔糧，也沒有水！！！養了兔子就要負責呀！！而且兔子不吃胡蘿蔔的！要吃乾草，希望下次去這個兔子有人照顧！！

房間環境衞生都還行，靠山很安靜。
服務：客服服務是有很大問題的，之前訂的是延時退房到兩點，早上出去玩，玩地好好的，很開心，酒店一個電話打過來，讓我們現在退房，直接開門進去要把行李箱搬出來，申請遲點退房續費也駁回，沒有遊玩的慾望了。好好出來玩，現在心情一塌糊塗，謝謝開元頤居🤯🤯🤯🤯

前台小姐姐很熱情，房間很大，還有浴缸，小朋友們開心的不得了。整個酒店很安靜，還有小兔子可以玩。早餐也很豐富。邊上就是神仙居入口，很方便。

房間是工業風，現代人的風格！入住當晚下了一夜的雨，雨滴在走廊的圍欄上，聲音有點大。早餐品種也很豐富，服務都很好，環境很不錯。離景區二十幾分鐘的路程，很方便！

第一天入住的時候洗澡水供應出來問題，最後衹能勉強沖了沖。
早餐還可以，種類比較齊全。
地理位置不錯，離南門遠了點，但是周邊都是餐館。
