衞生一塌糊塗，前一個客人用剩的包裝也不打掃……洗完澡我東西放那拿走才看到噁心了好久東西也不要了。
廁所的紙上一個客人用完阿姨都不看的吧，上廁所上到一半一抽就衹有一張了，害得半夜三更出去找工具車上面拿連個紙巾都要我自己半夜出去拿你開什麼店？先不説紙巾沒有一客一換幹不乾淨，但是你至少要保證有個用量啊，能不能看一下里麪還有多少啊？
早上一大早，對面小孩特別吵沒有任何人出來阻止還是我自己開門跟對面去講不要在走廊上大聲喧嘩。
真是再也不會來了，勸退勸退。

在酒店出現一衹蟑螂，早上醒來直接發現它在窗簾上爬，然後在房間裏亂飛，抓不到弄的人心癢癢。打電話給前台也是不做任何錶示，衹説了讓阿姨過來給我檢查抓走……始終沒有能夠給出合理的答覆，就草草應付了事

算是很不好的住宿體驗。空調遙控器打不開空調和客房中心説換一下，竟説別人都打的開你怎麼打不開，換了電池還是打不開後來直接換了才好，空調效果不佳前半夜在寒冷中度過。床燈閃爍不知為哪般。除了衞生尚可！

到酒店晚了，多個客人等着辦理卻衹有一個服務員，好容易問到車子怎麼停，人家説到小馬路上自己找停車位。酒店房間衹提供二瓶水，一家幾口實在不夠喝，問前台想再拿二瓶，前台説沒有，衹有服務員有，問那裡能找到，前台説服務員己下班沒人（晚8點左有）。進出酒店沒一個服務員會和你打招呼。早餐那是一個差，矮胖服務員態度更是差勁。錦江之星沒落，這是有道理的，這樣的服務態度也衹是加快了更新換代。現在不值一住！！！

其他都還行，衞生太差了，住完後回到家第一晚胸膛這塊就全是類似於疹子這種，癢的不得了，不塗葯膏就要忍不住的抓，直接抓紅一大片，甚至已經影響到我正常生活了，沒有做好清潔就開售，這是一個酒店該有的嗎？如此信賴錦江之星，卻遭到如此對待，太令人失望了7，下次不會再來了，本來國慶時我的朋友也要入住此酒店，我一定要好好告訴他，以免睡完和我一樣！！！

建議不要定單號的房間，窗外就是個回收處理站一大早五六點就開始作業，非常吵。酒店的隔音效果不行，半夜隔壁房間打呼聲都能聽到，一早上其他房間住客在走廊大聲講話聽的非常清楚。設施就一般。
