：房間的衞生乾淨，做衞生的阿姨們天天來，兩三個阿姨同時打掃衞生，分工明確高效，前台的小姐姐們服務態度特別好，很熱情！酒店有早餐，有米線稀飯雞蛋啥的，阿姨也很好。連着住了5天，有獨立小花園。圖一是從房間內拍的，感覺很夏天！

還沒把房卡還回去沒有到退房時間，前台就把卡拿走然後開給別人住了，人在房間坐呢就兩個陌生人進來了真的很無語，前台説不知道情況，請問我們説退房了嗎？到退房時間了嗎，我們是家庭出行別的房間在4樓就我們的在5樓早上起來就去4樓找家
里人了，也沒有打電話給我們詢問是否續住也沒有打電話詢問是否退房直接把房間開給別人？
去打電話問就把責任推給什麼新來的員工推卸責任？
1:房間設施舊地毯很臟
2：廁所馬桶上面的坐圈歪的
3：隔音一點也不好！

非常驚喜的酒店，非常棒的體驗。超值的價格，電視夠大，雲之尚的床品非常好，雖然房間有點小，但是出差就睡覺而已夠用了!前台很熱情。之前已經住過一次這個酒店，印象很好。房間非常整潔乾淨，出門吃飯也很方便，前台小姐姐人美心好，入住的時候還幫我們升級了房型窗很大.非常暖心。下次會繼續入住，我有一個房卡帶走了，小姑娘和我説下次回來住退回給他們就行，衝著這份信任，下次還要再來
