在祥雲發現的最温馨的新民宿酒店，從高速下來十多分鐘就開到，酒店附近可停車。酒店佈置得很温馨，像遠方的家，很好權釋了民宿＋酒店的理念。床品舒適，房間不大，但淋浴和衞生間是分開的，淋浴水大出熱水快，智能馬桶，自動窗簾，晩上燈光有柔合調節，有電梯、餐廳；早餐原以為衹是一碗米線，但是提供套餐，還贈有果盤美味；老闆娘很熱情幫忙提行李。經常路過祥雲中轉，這家民宿酒店非常適合旅行達人。也許是五一假還未到，這個價位太超值了。下次過祥雲，首選雲季小築。

老闆和老闆娘一看就是個講究的人，民宿的調調就是很温馨的，難得他們夫妻倆服務還特別好，也熱心，得知我先生胃不好，一早起來給他熬小米粥，感動。兩個服務員也是，很熱情，早餐也特別好吃，來祥雲最好的體驗就是這個民宿了。

入住送的小點心非常可人，九宮格的早餐太誘人了。老闆和老闆娘都很熱情真誠。還有洗衣機和烘乾機，對有潔癖的我太滿意了。門口停車很緊張，但老闆有辦法，停車就不是事啦！

衞生方面：房間乾淨整潔，床單浴巾和其他物品都是新的；
服務方面:酒店工作人員熱情有禮貌，需求響應及時。
環境方面：酒店好找且停車方便，周圍也多吃的和超市便利店，生活氣息濃郁，有家的感覺。
