The front desk, including the concierge service, is good. The efficiency at the pool is really poor. I accidentally locked the key in the cabinet. I told the pool front desk in time, but after waiting for nearly half an hour, no one came to help open it... Later, we went swimming first, and played until we got a little impatient and someone finally came... But the other parts were pretty satisfying.

Very new hotel, not far from the fantasy valley and the high-speed rail station is very convenient. Mia and Xiaoyu at the front desk were very good and welcoming. In the morning, they were woken up because of the machine and changed the room for us to rest for two hours. The hotel also has a pick-up service. Friends who recommend to visit Fantasy Valley choose this one.

這次來襄陽，選擇了美標美豪酒店的親子套房，整體體驗不錯。房間空間很大，不過是普通套房改的，客廳的位置加了張床，不是專門的親子套房。品和用品都比較乾淨舒適，細節上能感受到是為親子家庭考慮的，比如小牙刷、洗漱用品都配得很齊全。客廳改的房間隔音可能有些差，射燈會直照眼睛。酒店周邊吃飯便利，不過是在高新區，離襄陽主城區和景點很遠。早餐品種挺多，有牛肉麪。

酒店很新，就是周邊沒有啥商店，自駕過去比較好，停車方便，看名字感覺是國企投資的，觀察了幾個細節，衞生間放手機的很長，房間內部高度還可以，入住工作人員貼心提醒，連下了很多天雨，注意關窗防蚊蟲，進去後發現其實沒有蚊蟲，但是就是感覺人家想的很周到，衣櫃裏面的衣架也蠻全的，房間很大，還有煙灰缸可以抽煙，反正帶孩子來很完美，其他不説了，推薦入住！我在攜程訂的時候簡單説了下，要高層，不要靠電梯，給我安排的高層最裡麪一間沒人打擾。服務很到位了！下次來襄陽還住這裏，下次來肯定開發的差不多了。

在一尚酒店襄陽二汽基地店住了一晚，徹底改變了我對連鎖酒店的刻板印象。（聽前台説原是宜尚酒店，現自主經營，難怪這麼好的品質）從踏入大堂開始，暖色調的燈光搭配簡約木質陳設，瞬間消解了出差的匆忙感。 預訂的商務大床房出乎意料地寬敞，40寸電視嵌在淺灰色背景牆裡，旁邊的書桌足夠攤開筆記本電腦和文件，加班時枱燈的光線柔和不刺眼；酒店還貼心的準備了標簽和筆。最驚喜的是床品，床墊軟硬適中，蓋被摸起來像雲朵般蓬鬆，連續幾晚都睡得分外沉。 衞浴間做了乾濕分離，熱水幾秒就來，洗漱用品是淡淡綠茶香，連淋浴水壓都調得恰到好處。酒店離二汽基地步行10分鐘，樓下早餐6：30-9：30，種類也很豐富；前台還會主動提醒附近哪家襄陽牛肉麪最地道。 退房那天趕早班，前台提前備好打包好的礦泉水和小點心，這份細節讓奔波的旅程多了份暖意。 這性價比絕了，下次來襄陽，這家店一定會是我的第一選擇，強烈推薦給大家。
