開票反反覆覆開不對訊息，提前三十分鐘下樓前我打電話告知開好，下樓了還沒開，着急趕車，一次一次更改！

神奇的酒店，明明住的是9樓，房間卻要乘電梯到9樓後再爬一層樓梯上去，應該是10樓，電梯卻不在這個神祕的樓層停，必須爬樓梯上樓。房間的主燈居然是工業用白光，連暖白光都不是，6000度色温的白色光，我都錯亂的以為進了哪家的實驗室，現代居住的地方竟會有人用這麼冷的光源。剛裝修完氣味比較重，服務員的態度還是比較好的。

房間整體來説，還是比較滿意的，除了浴巾、毛巾之類的有點不幹，浴巾用的自己買的一次性的。房間裏的智能小度很好用。去的時候是中午去的，客服服務態度很好。這點很滿意，退房的時候也是她，本來規定是一點退房的，可我這邊在外面有事沒能及時趕回來，給前台打電話，她幫我們把退房時間給推遲到了兩點。這點非常非常感謝！

設施：特別齊全，房間大，房間裏很暖和。
衞生：房間裏打掃特別乾淨、房間特別光亮。
環境：酒店好豪華呀，住着感覺温馨舒服，吃飯很方便又可口的。

前台服務人員沒有禮貌，我站在哪裡她坐在那裡基本禮貌都沒有，給安排的房間也是很吵，關窗子都閉不住外面車輛的聲音

原本我要續住並辦卡的，但是前台在我明確告知續住的情況下還一直催，我覺得太煩人了，就退房了，下去退房的時候前台就是催我的那個阿姨，真的體驗太糟糕了！前台還扣了我100元按金，這讓我體驗更糟糕了，因為是他們態度太差勁才導致我臨時決定退房！9月28日退房。
