小孟服務好，提前聯繫了我確定需求，給我們錄了車牌還給辦了延遲退房，自駕帶娃來非常安心。小寧小娟服務到位。酒店環境好設施齊全，房間還有整個酒店衞生乾淨亮晶晶的。一樓餐廳的牛肉麪很好吃，分量也足。酒店去園區也很方便，我家崽玩得很開心！整體感受下來就是園區的培訓非常到位，每一個人都積極熱情的迴應，這真的是特別不容易。

酒店環境好設施齊全房間衞生乾淨。前台小孟服務好，我最開始訂的套票有問題，她就耐心告訴我怎麼申請取消，再下新訂單，整個入住體驗非常棒，住了兩天，客房汪晶服務也很棒，整理房間很乾凈整潔，然後餐食也不錯，客房點餐味道很棒，下次還會再來！

入住叢林的房間，酒店環境優美，房間很裝修風格深得小朋友喜愛，衞生乾淨，設施比較完善，有小朋友專用洗手枱和小童座椅，考慮周到！客房部小何、小寧和小朋友互動很開心，並給小朋友送來小禮物，給予點贊！

過年帶娃出來玩很適合，房間有滑滑梯小朋友玩的很開心。入住的時候前台小姐姐劉燦非常耐心，帶我們分別看了好幾個房間，因為小朋友比較小，有的滑滑梯的樓梯不是很好爬，感謝小姐姐耐心和帶我們選房間，真的特別感謝！客房部也非常負責，我們提出有床圍的需求，馬上就給我們安裝好了，每天的衞生清潔也很好，感謝小娟和小何兩位的打掃，很認真仔細，能滿足我們的需求

第四次入住，這次是住的洞穴主題，主色調是粉色，姐妹倆都超級喜歡。從入住前台小姐姐到打掃衞生的阿姨，服務態度都很好，前台小孟還主動提到可免費停車，錄入車牌後兩天都不用停車費，會微笑和小朋友打招呼並詢問有沒有需求。一樓餐廳也是超高性價比，點的3-4人餐根本吃不完。酒店環境幽靜設施齊全房間衞生乾淨。很開心湖北有這麼適合親子的度假園區，整體感覺真的不輸三亞！

酒店設施齊全衞生乾淨環境優美，錯峯出行玩的特別盡興，小康服務很貼心給我們提前辦理了入住並且延遲了一小時的退房，非常人性化，酒店的工作人員都很熱情，早餐的牛肉麪味道很好，很推薦帶小朋友出遊
