酒店環境好，裝修可愛，設施齊全，房間裏面乾淨衞生。非常感謝小孟童鞋，超級nice,服務好，一直幫忙留意房間，最後如願住到了孩子喜歡的滑梯房。親子的話，非常推薦滑梯房，小朋友玩的都不想走，衞生打掃的也乾淨，服務人員小何、海平很熱情周到，送來寶寶喜歡的小鴨子香皂。

奇趣童年酒店的環境對小寶寶特別友好，設計十分可愛，連房間的邊邊角角都做了軟包，酒店的工作人員都熱情大方，特別是客房服務員王燕和姣姣，退房後我的燒水壺的線忘收了，她們熱情的幫我收好並聯系郵寄。下次來還會來嘗試其它主題，很棒！目前我住過的親子酒店中的華中天花板了，屬於是。

本來沒訂到滑梯房小朋友還很失落，等到入住的時候有空的滑梯房給我們加錢升級了，辦理入住的時候前台一直笑容滿面服務和態度都非常好，也很耐心的解決了我們的訴求，整個過程都讓人非常滿意。就是第二天早上小朋友下去玩了，我還在房間休息的時候，服務人員分別在九點多和十一點多兩次按門鈴來找我要好評有點打擾到我休息（才睡着就被門鈴吵醒了），希望這裏以後能改進一下。

非常適合帶小朋友，各種小朋友的設施都齊全。服務也好，孩子強烈要求住帶滑滑梯的房間，找前台很快解決了。走的時候落了東西，很快幫忙寄回。遇到滿意度調查，工作人員很熱情，也虛心接受意見。最滿意的是一樓餐廳，價格實惠、味道尚可，還做的是明廚亮灶，比點外賣好。
酒店位置方便，雖然是郊區，但在奇趣童年樂園旁邊，距離奇幻谷、雲海湯泉也近，有免費接駁巴士。我們還去了唐城，也不遠。如果有到東站的接駁巴士就更好了，離東站衹10分鐘左右車程。從東站打的到酒店，被的士司機嫌棄，説在車站等了2小時就接了個這麼近的。

第二次來襄陽華僑城奇趣樂園，一如既往的選擇了奇趣童年酒店。
酒店環境好，地理位置優越，和樂園挨着，可以直接穿過去。
酒店的前台接待服務熱情，很周到。直接幫我們升級房間。
客房打掃及時高效，客房服務員汪晶，張煥煥，很敬業熱情，設身處地為客人着想。
非常滿意的一次入住體驗，在這家感受到了家的温馨，床鋪舒適，用品貼心，服務細緻入微。

入住了6樓小蜜蜂的主題房，房間很温馨到處充滿了童趣，環境優美，衞生乾淨，設施齊全，孩子玩的捨不得走了。客房部小何，王燕很貼心，不厭其煩為我們提供服務，給予點贊！

酒店環境好設施齊全，房間裏面也很乾凈衞生，裝修色調很可愛。小孟服務好，給安排了大的滑梯房，我們提前打電話過去，還幫我們做了生日佈置，在錄車牌入住期間也都是停車免費的。
