前台沒有工作服，有人在前台裏面大聲視頻通話，服務人員普通話不好。床品洗不乾淨，躺在床上有異味，像人身上很久不洗澡的氣味。

酒店位置距離馬路120米左右在一個小區裏面相對比較安靜，酒店房間大小合適，但是衞生環境一般，酒店床上用品及浴巾都泛黃了，最差就是酒店早餐，種類太少稀飯管夠，還不如在外面吃一碗麪條。
