This is our second stay here! I arrived a little early in the morning, and the room was full. Xiao Fang and Xiao Lu at the front desk were very enthusiastic and friendly. Because we brought children, changing clothes and diapers was a little troublesome. They asked the room aunt to quickly help clean up a room. It was very convenient grateful!

房間很新，所以設施和環境都不錯，也很有文化氣息，總體服務都不錯，衞生條件很棒，算是住的比較放心。但是總體周邊不太便利，交通和配套還沒有跟上，酒店裝修應該不久，環境條件好，但是美中不足就是隔音不太好，跟建築本身牆體和門的材質有關係吧，隔壁小孩説話或者走廊走過都是很明顯的聲音。隔音並不好，如果不是在奇幻谷玩很多天，個人覺得沒有必須在這邊住，市區都很近。

房間應該説很有特點，房間裏有滑滑梯。但是早餐，問題來了，這家酒店我以前住過，早餐就在樓下的餐廳，環境菜品各方面都很不錯，現在早餐在雲海酒店裡麪，在雲海酒店用餐也就算了，但是跟雲海酒店的住客區別對待，是在另外一個像會議室的地方，臨時搭的枱子，菜品那就不説了，就像是團餐，比五星早餐降了5個檔次，給人感覺非常非常不好，完全是區別對待，而且説是7點開餐，特地起個大早床過來用餐，什麼都沒有，衹到7點半左右，菜品才上齊。因為早餐在雲海這邊，要坐擺渡車，回去擺渡車也沒有，早餐的體驗太太太不好了，最後跟酒店反應，酒店要送我升級房間的卷，讓我下次再來入住，我果斷拒絕，再也不會入住了，一顆老鼠屎，壞了一鍋粥，本來房間蠻好的，一個早餐，把人的心情，分數全部拉完了，再也不會入住了！

環境不錯，住的酒店剛好在奇幻谷這，前台服務也非常好，值得要説的就是服務人員高建玲和王歡非常熱情，給我們拿被子，拿水，收拾房間，貼心的還給我們準備床圍，非常感謝，酒店早餐也不錯，品種非常多
