The hotel’s water pressure is unstable. Bathing is a disaster. The water temperature alternates between cold and hot. People just want to wash it off quickly. In addition, the Hansgrohe shower head will easily get clogged if it does not use soft water. The hotel's overhead spray has been completely clogged and cannot be used. The bathing experience is not as good as that of an ordinary express hotel! The only thing I like about it is that the hotel lobby is quite grand and looks similar to a four-star hotel in Wuhan. In summary, the design and comfort are not the best in Xiangyang, but the service is okay. I hope the hotel will put more effort into comfort and improve the return rate of residents. As far as the hotel's bathing facilities and air-conditioning facilities are concerned, they are still far from a four-star rating!
