全季酒店入住體驗很棒！房間整潔舒適，服務貼心周到，早餐豐富多樣，全家都住得很滿意。同時春節前大廳還有寫春聯的活動，很不錯，下次還會再來！

還可以，離高速口很近 出行方便！住宿沒問題，早餐有牛肉麪，但是經常住全季，和住過的其它地方店比餐廳較小，東西不算豐盛

我們定的高級雙床房，住在六樓，前台説高級雙床房都是靠馬路有點吵，我看並不是一條繁華的馬路，不開窗應該不會太吵。順利辦理入住後，開門有一股説不上來的味道，看到床頭櫃上放着一對橘紅色的海綿耳塞，當時並沒有意識到房間裏為啥要放耳塞。晚上去襄陽古城逛了一圈回來都十點多了，到床上休息也有十一點了，誰知噩夢才剛剛開始，斷斷續續的車輛呼嘯而過，更不可思議的是老是有斷斷續續卡拉ok唱歌的聲音飄飄盪盪鑽入腦子，讓人一刻也無法安靜休息，實在沒有辦法，半夜十二點打電話到前台詢問為什麼老是聽到有唱歌的聲音，一問才知道這裏八樓是直播電商機構，所以才有唱歌的聲音，前台説嫌太吵衹能換個房間試試，就這樣半夜十二點收拾行李帶着孩子又換了個房間，換個房間後是聽不到唱歌的聲音了，可是睡意全無，一夜到天亮就這樣過去了。出門在外住酒店無數次，半夜十二點換房間還是第一次，想想心裏真是氣不忿，找到前台質問為啥入住時非要安排一個被汽車噪音，電商直播吵鬧不適合入住的房間？前台説當時入住時空餘的房間中已經給安排到最好的房間了，已經盡力了，言語中透漏着無奈。我要求能否退一些房費當做補償，前台説無權退補房費，衹能將之前花49元辦理的銀卡會員免費升級到金卡會員，商量了半天也沒有給出更好的補償方案，想着出來玩沒有必要再繼續為這個不愉快的時間浪費時間了，就這樣交了房卡匆匆離店了！

沒有護髮素，吹風機也不好用。床頭有一個燈的開關是壞掉的，半夜胳膊不小心碰到開燈後再也關不掉了，衹能照着明晃晃的燈光睡，早上一對黑眼圈好重。反饋給前台，工作人員很重視，這點還是很不錯的。希望改進設施，越來越好。

酒店的環境還不錯，地理位置稍微有點偏僻，不過離着高速下橋口很近，很適合停車休整，中規中矩的環境，適合歇腳
